  3. I guess the book Fahrenheit 415 is NOT a required reading in school eh? Burning books you have never read is so counter productive. How about reading it first, and the decide on whether you want to waste your money in burning the book afterwards.  I still have the Book of Mormons I got from some young mormons years ago. I still have the bible I got from some church I visited in Kansas. And no matter how disgusting the whole sectarian thing is, never in my mind have I given it a thought to burn those books.  So why would you waste money in buying a book you will not read, but only burn? Or if you befriended a Muslim, and he gave you a Q'uran, would you burn that gift just to piss off extremists?

By a Jew I think.  And when they started burning Darwin, Baudelaire and Jewish authors in the 30's, it didn't take long before the furnaces went full speed in Treblinka, Belzec, Chelmno and Sobibor....

  5. AnimefreakHQ And what can we learn from History? History teaches us that we don't learn from History.  Wonder if we are ever going to rid ourselves of religious, ethnic, cultural, and economic shackles & differences, and start exploring the universe together as humanity.

  7. Remember Shabana Rehman? She used to get hate from extremists from both sides when she was editor for Fundamental, and had the weekly take down column "Fatwa of the Week".  She even got death threats, and had to move out of the country.
