  1. Not me! I have worked in customer and tech support. It sucks! I am in fact glad that this CEO would feel how it's like having to deal with idiot customers. It's about time he made his moneys worth. If he was paid 9 bucks an hour, having to do this for 8 hours a day while being under constant surveillance by management, and do that for a few years, I might give him an ounce of sympathy as the anxiety sets in his body as he rushes off to a job he could lose tomorrow..
