  3.  @hi-ve1cw  When I was in Amsterdam there was a Scottish guy in the cheese shop who couldn't speak Dutch. I asked him about it and he said it didn't matter because pretty much only tourists went in there. But if it was me and a worker couldn't speak my language in my own country I'd be a bit annoyed!
