This is absolutely fascinating information. I just got the Audible book and the accompanying pdf. Like Lewis, I don’t drink alcohol and the only drugs I take are the ones prescribed by my doctor but I am a carb addict. I want off the sugar merry-go-round. When I was pregnant with my first son, I took two tablespoons of ac vinegar daily. It was supposed to help prevent having a colicky baby. I guess it worked because my son was never colicky. Anyway, I’m going to start taking it again. I’m also going to stop stressing about getting off sugar and start following the hacks in this book.
