  1. I watched a documentary awhile back called “Half Homeless: Living in Cars” . I think a lot of it was filmed in San Diego. I think I prefer the term unhoused. To me, if someone doesn’t have the basic necessities for living (a place to cook and care for one’s hygiene; a place to sleep comfortably); a place that feels safe and protects one from the elements. If someone lives an RV with those necessities, they just don’t have land with a fixed address. My heart breaks for the people living in makeshift shelters they leave them vulnerable to the weather as well as being easily victimized.
