Thank you, Carol. I needed this reminder. Between my husband recently being diagnosed with cancer and now I’m dealing with some kind of problem with my kidneys, I have let fear and anxiety take control. I’m 68 and have been worrying my life will be over before I’ve lived my dreams. Years ago, I realized that, no matter the circumstances, we always have a choice. We always have the choice to choose peace and contentment. I just forget sometimes.
