Of course it was deliberate. If the girl was locked in the car accidentally and they couldn’t find another set of keys, they should have called 911. No one leaves a child in a hot car for FIVE HOURS unless their intent was to harm that child.

No one leaves a child in a hot car for five hours “looking for another set of keys”. They would have called 911 if the car was locked and they couldn’t get in. Death would be too good for these two. They should be left in a hot car for several hours - not to kill them but to let them feel what this sweet child went through. This is beyond evil.
