I like how the media uses the term "youth" or "teenager" as a euphemism for something else that we are not allowed to notice or talk about.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with what she said. Apologizing for it was the wrong decision. Mock them until they cry, and then mock them for crying.

Exactly, establishment Republicans are so out of touch that is physically sickening. There is a reason people chose Trump over any one of them, and they still don't see it. It wasn't because of Trump the man, it was about Trump the message, and what he stood for.

Yeah, anytime your lawyer is trying to convince you that you should stay in jail, get a new lawyer.

Lol, I literally clicked because I thought they were addressing that. What a joke Fox News has become. I stopped watching all of Fox aside from catching Tucker, but there is literally zero reason to watch it anymore.

This is one of those stories that need we need to go outside of MSM to get the full information from, and that includes Fox in this situation. Independent news is the only news left that doesn't have an agenda and/or corporate interest.

I absolutely hate the "he shouldn't have been there" excuse. It is so lazy, and complete nonsense. Neither should any of the people who were shot, so what is their point? It is a completely irrelevant point, and has absolutely no effect on determining self-defense. He shouldn't have been there, so he should have just allowed himself to be killed? That is the alternative that someone is really saying when they say "he shouldn't have been there", which is absolutely absurd, disgusting, evil, and categorical irrelevant legally.

@bluemax92 That is a pretty hyperbolic description. She was arrested for a disorderly conduct 12 years ago during an ongoing feud with her neighbor. That is not a "long rap sheet". It is about as tame of an arrest that someone can get, which is why literally no one cares about it except for morons on the internet, especially 12 years later. EDIT: Another disorderly like 6-7 years ago I forgot about. Something about arguing with police while they were arresting some minors for underage drinking.

It is mind-boggling that lefties still don't understand why people voted for Trump. It was never about Trump the man, it was and still is about what Trump represents, and sending a message to the establishment. The fact that he is so hated by the establishment just means he is over the target, and why so many who don't spend their lives on Twitter actually support him.

@JKP8300 Since Kyle "should not have been there", he forfeited his right to self-defense and should have died? That is what you are saying. That is not hyperbole, that is literally and legally the argument you are making.

It is surreal that a whole year has passed, and every political conversation online still somehow devolves into Leftists screeching about President Trump. Seriously my fellow Americans, he is out playing golf, this "Emmanuel Goldstein" treatment of him has got to stop at some point, it is just plain embarrassing at this point to keep going on about him.
2
This "separated families" garbage is such an inane trope, I am ashamed that even one of my fellow Americans would ever be so dumb to not see right through it. Myself or any citizen who commits crimes will be separated from our families: this is what prisons and jails are. Being a non-citizen committing a crime does not exempt you from this, nor does bringing your child along while committing the crime. If I sneak my way into Joe Biden's bedroom at the White House, I am committing a crime, and will be separated from my family. I can't bring my child along with me or expect to be paid afterwards.

Chicago just getting what it wants. Keep "voting Blue no matter who", Chicago. Unfortunately the only people that can help them are themselves.

Does the Texas not have a national/state militia? Is it not a soverriegn state? Is the governor completely beholden to the Federal government? I know it is easy to blame Biden for everything, he is awful, but Republicans need to stop with this "blame everything on Democrats" mentality, and start expecting more out of your own leaders. This is more Abbott's fault than it is Biden's. A governor has far more authority within his state than the president does. Abbott simply is not exercising it because he doesn't really care, and he fears the political consequences of going against the Uniparty.

People still using GoFundMe are beyond hope. Anyone who uses it, irregardless of cause, deserves to lose their money. We are far beyond "fool me once".
1
They still talking about "crossed state lines with a rifle". There is no hope for them left, rational thought has left the planet.
1
What is stopping Abbott from using the powers of a governor to do something about it? From the moment he took his hand off the Bible, he could have has thousands of armed men guarding the border, but he didn't. Demand more from your own leaders.

@JKP8300 So if a minor walks into a bar that they are "not supposed to be at", they are free to be assaulted and killed? This is your logical conclusion. Also your personal definition of "reasonable" is irrelevant, the law is pretty clear about it, and it not even contested by any prosecutor. Sorry, I think I will stick with the commonsense legal definition over what you think it is. Please read the Wisconsin statute on self-defense, it is pretty clear and unambiguous. 939.48 if that will help you.
1
@JKP8300 I really don't know how much more simplistic it could be stated. "Shouldn't have been there" is completely irrelevant, and could be said for every single person involved, but only if you had any interest in logical consistency, which it is pretty apparent that you do not, hence these circular arguments where we are back at the beginning again.

They refuse to believe that the people care about the issues that people are telling them they care about. To them, it couldn't be that you actually care about your child's education, don't like giving your freedoms up for Covid, want the police to enforce the law, or desire not to view every issue through the lens of raise. No, couldn't be that. It must be a "racist dog whistle". Just keep doubling down on stupid, and see where it gets you.

@alikhat1647 TDS is a real thing, and they are in withdrawal right now. He is their Emmanuel Goldstein they were taught to hate as tool used to unite and control them easier.

I remember when Geraldo wasn't so insufferable. Unfortunately when Juan left, they needed a new target for the outrage to give the show its dynamic, so geraldo had to take his place. It's all fake, folks.
