  1. Does the Texas not have a national/state militia? Is it not a soverriegn state? Is the governor completely beholden to the Federal government? I know it is easy to blame Biden for everything, he is awful, but Republicans need to stop with this "blame everything on Democrats" mentality, and start expecting more out of your own leaders. This is more Abbott's fault than it is Biden's. A governor has far more authority within his state than the president does. Abbott simply is not exercising it because he doesn't really care, and he fears the political consequences of going against the Uniparty.

  2. What is stopping Abbott from using the powers of a governor to do something about it? From the moment he took his hand off the Bible, he could have has thousands of armed men guarding the border, but he didn't. Demand more from your own leaders.
