@isofruitfruit9357 Perhaps I am simply misunderstanding the term, but what was "racist" about what they said? I thought DEI was "diversity, equity, and inclusion"? Does that exclude a particular race?

@isofruitfruit9357 I still don't understand, and you did not answer the very basic question: is DEI exclusive to particular races? If yes, then DEI, by definition and on its face, is in-fact racist. If not, then there is nothing racist about what the previous person stated, and it is unclear why you would perceive it as such. There is nothing complicated about this that requires an essay, which I can only surmise is intended to obfuscate that which is self-evident.

@Tynach Because there is literally nothing complicated about any of this, and insinuating that it is so is classic deflection from an inconvenient truth that is self-evident. DEI discriminates based on race. This is the definition of what racism is, regardless of whatever recently-altered dictionary one chooses to cite. It is laughable. and absurdity of the highest order for someone who criticizes this to be the one accused of being racist. Insinuating that the issue is just too complex for small-minded people to comprehend to avoid facing the obvious flaws is a losing argument.
