Your point is well-taken, but let's not pretend that the stereotype doesn't exist for a reason. I don't think anyone is under the illusion that drama is exclusive to Rust, but is the the chief offender in the entire ecosystem. Wayland drama is usually people (such as Brodie) over-dramatizing what is going on, while Rust's drama often stems from over-emotional public temper tantrums by its most notable users.

@bigmistqke If you "heard" it, does that not by definition make you one of 'le bad people" that it was intended for? Keep in mind that despite being only 13% of the population, 51% of YouTube viewers hear dog whistles where none exist.

@ Despite being a very small portion of the population, name the group that is responsible for over 50% of a certain type of crime done against children. Care to take a guess? Which offends you more, the statistic, or the crime?

@bigmistqke Because you stated that dog-whistles are only heard by two groups, so you must belong to one of them since you heard it; It is testing your logic. If it is neither, then it would indicate you are just making things up as you go along.

Rust is a cult of emotionally unstable people who throw temper tantrums online. You have probably seen them in other public sectors, they often have brightly colored hair dye, demand you use strange pronouns, and lie to you about their gender, and demand that you also lie about it or they will deplatform you.
