@rigierish3807 I totally agree, I have never understood the argument that "too many distros" is somehow harmful to Linux software development. I have been writing code for ~20 years, over 10 of them exclusively on Linux, and have never once developed for a particular distro, this doesn't even make sense unless you are literally creating a package manager or some other extremely niche application that is only intended for that distro. Package maintainers for each respective distro are the ones that create the packages for each distro, which is essentially just script to copy files to the proper location, run a compile script, etc. My compilation flags target CPU architectures and operating systems, not individual Linux distros.

@jonathaningram8157 I have a laptop with a very modest GTX1650 and play Cyberpunk at about 70-80 FPS on a mix of mid-high settings. Cyberpunk is not one of the few games that has problems on Linux, the modding community is even very supporting of Linux. DLSS works perfectly well on Linux, not sure why you even assume that, as both AMD and NVIDIA offer Linux drivers for their hardware. This isn't 2010 anymore, the performance difference between native Windows and Linux gaming is negligible. It occasionally takes a little extra tinkering on Linux, but even that is becoming very rare, and i don't even use Proton.
