@Ilazie there is a paper that explicitly debunks the notion of Stalin creating economic prosperity. It's titled "Was Stalin Necessary?" and the reviewed counterfactual shows that NOT having him would have meant more prosperity and less starvation, not the opposite.

@thanos8638 coming out as an apologist for Stalinist purges just makes you a bigger POS. No amount of unfounded claims that the country would have been worse if he hadn't is going to save you. No, Holodomor was not "just another famine" but was intentionally orchestrated. They absolutely have given concrete proof, and again you're showing yourself to be a POS. Black Book of Communism is more factual than anything you said in your comment.
