Who did not allow President Zelensky to negotiate for peace even after he has agreed to all the terms with Russia? Who stands to gain most in terms of sales of weapons, oil & gas ? Who has been putting sanctions on Russian oil & gas but in turn buys more so that they can sell it at a higher price to Europe?
