Her party is very good at brainwashing the Taiwanese people so that is how they achieved this victory. If you go on to the streets in Taiwan and talk to the young people they have a skewed knowledge about the mainland and all the things they know about the mainland are false. 1. They think that there is no freedom of speech in Mainland China. The fact is you can say anything and criticise the Government at any time with no repercussion. The Chinese Central Government has specific websites set up so that the people can be guaranteed a response from the correct department if they do not like any policy or things that the Government is doing. 2. They think that you will be jailed if you were to pray to god in Mainland China. The fact is the Chinese Central Government has been encouraging every citizen to have a religion for several years now. They have spent billions in building mosques, temples and Mega charges around the country. They are also refurbishing dilapidated mosques especially in Xinjiang area, that is why you see so many fake news media showing the demolition of mosques, however they did not show the rebuilding of these mosques. 3. They say you cannot protest or express your feelings and thoughts in Mainland China. The fact is there are protests going on in several parts of mainland China on a regular basis. 4. They think that there is no election in Mainland China but the fact is they have elections going on in China. President Xi has been elected to become the president of China just like how Boris Johnson is elected in to power. It is just like the Westminster style of election but with more layers. 5. They think that the people in Mainland China has no freedom to do whatever they like. The fact is you can do anything you like in China as long as it is not against the law. 6. They think that Mainland China has no justice. The fact is that over the past decade, Mainland China has been learning and adopting the system of Common law especially the laws of natural justice as practiced in the British Commonwealth. They are also improving and making the evidence procedure as practiced in the British Commonwealth hence evidence gathering and admission in to court is more stringent and fair as compared to that practiced within the British Commonwealth.

@narumondanauli2845 the Catholic church in China has it's affiliation with the Vatican too, probably it's just not under the control or funding of the CIA as some would want it to be.

@cindylee6585 I can't comment on this as I do not know about this. Have you actually fact checked this yet? Maybe it's just another false news from the Barrage of Hate Chinese Media from all over the world and those within China but funded by the CIA
