  1. Guess what happened to those who protested in Washington Capitol Hill ? 1. They were placed on a no fly list - meaning they cannot board any air planes no matter it is a domestic or international flight 2. They were also barred from traveling on inter state busses and trains. 3. They were dismissed from their jobs 4. They were arrested 5. They were charged for insurrections What happened to those who stormed the LegCo building ? 1. They were arrested and charged but some of them were given probations and community service or a small fine. 2. Most of them were not charged but released with a just a statement.

  2. So sad that so many Hong Kongers still do not know what this national security law is all about but they simply assume what it is. They prey on their fear of the unknown.

  3.  @CX6998  Hong Kong would not have any significance today if not for China opening up. Hong Kong has been a very poor city ridden with crime until the 1980’s when China started opening up. That was when the wealth started to come in to Hong Kong. NEVER FORGET THAT.

  4. Please correct yourself that it is not a controversial National Security Law. This law is a requirement of the Basic Law in Hong Kong. The Basic Law also states that matters of National Security Rests in Beijing. Therefore it is a requirement for Beijing to come out with this law even though Beijing has been leaving it to the city’s government to enact it but they have failed over the last 23 years.

  5. BNO 5+1 is a really raw deal for the Hong Kongers. All citizens who come from a previous British Colony will have a much better deal than them.
