Yes, it is so sad to see that in the USA you are not allowed to have a different opinion and you are all brain washed to only accept one opinion. Hope that one day the USA will have real freedom of speech just like China. That is why Hong Kong still have a lot more freedom than the USA.

@bianshij8280 why not ? Why is the CCP evil ? I don’t see any evil that they have done. If prioritizing human rights, basic human needs for food, clothing, housing, education and religion is evil then the CCP is considered evil. This is what the CCP has been working hard to provide for all it’s citizens over the last few decades.

LOL you are a joke. Where is there any evidence that China has not abide by the One Country Two System. These useless traitors are demanding Two Countries Two System and that is what their US Funders are also demanding too. They want Hong Kong as a Separate Country from China with a Separate System but in the guise of One Country Two System.

They will only be DQ if there is evidence to show that they have colluded with a foreign Government to undermine the Chinese Government or the Government in Hong Kong. Alternatively they will be DQ if they decide to not swear allegiance to the region and the country. Previously there were opposition law makers in Hong Kong who took up a foreign flag and did the swearing in but swearing allegiance to another country rather than Hong Kong, China. Do you think for example what would happen if the New US President go up in front of the whole country and swear in as a President but instead of swearing to serve the USA, he swear to serve China or Russia what would happen?

@ttsese great these were the rights that has been instill in to Hong Kong upon the return to China. So did you have these rights under British rule ? I can confirm that these rights that you have stated above were not available to the people in Hong Kong under British Rule. So why would Hong Kong want to revert to the old authoritarian rule of the British?

@Pabloinjuanderland well these people must have done something to support cessation and also to bring in foreign powers to invade Hong Kong and China. That is why they are afraid and they want to resign. What makes you think Hong Kong doesn’t have democracy ? What makes you think that Democracy is not thriving in the mainland ? I think yo need to open your eyes and get rid of the blinkers that has been put around your eyes to see what is really happening around the world and in China as Hong Kong is really part of China and there is no denying this fact.
