  1. LOL so typical of the USA… The USA start the expulsion of the Russian diplomat and in retaliation the Russian expels the US Diplomat. The USA then come out to say that their diplomat was expelled unprovoked and urge the Russian side not to continue with such acts. As expected the USA always talk about an International Rule Based Order. This so called International Rule Based Order is NOT the International Rules Agreed by the International Community BUT the one that the USA makes up as and when they decide what is the International Rule.
