  1. Yes, I totally agree. One of the conclusions he has come to is that they are using some tree leaf substance as a sugar substitute means that there is a sugar shortage. I think this may not be true. Stevia leaves is a form of substitute for sugar and it is healthier than sugar as it does not create a sugar spike, people with diabetes can take dried stevia leaves to sweeten their food and drinks.
