  2. The so called Tribunal ruling does not hold water as it is not recognised by the United Nations. Even if it is recognised by the United Nations, it still state that these waters fall within the Philippines EEZ BUT it is STILL CHINESE TERRITORY.

  10. @AhmetTekin101 There is no chapter in UNCLOS that states any country ratifying the UNCLOS will forfeit all their previous claims under UNCLOS. Therefore the claims of the 9 dashed lines on the South China Sea which has been recognised by the United Nations for decades still stand.
