  1. Sagittarius The people of Guam is subject to US Laws and taxes but have no right to citizenship and no voting rights. It is called second class or pariah residency, why would people like to be treated that way ?

  6. Apparently Guam is not part of the USA. They send the highest percentage of their population to the US Army.

  7. Wow they cannot vote for the US President and they cannot vote on to the US Federal Laws? This is totally not democratic does this mean that this is a US Colony then ?
