The most draconian national security law that I know of is the one in the USA they are so strong and some parts of it doesn’t allow anyone who is charged under that law to have any defence, it is 100% guaranteed conviction .

The only infiltration in Hong Kong are the likes of the National Endowment for Democacy (funded by the US Government), National Freedom House (Funded by the CIA using the money from the US Government). There are another 20 other so called Non-governmental organisations actively promoting their stances in Hong Kong and these organisations are fully funded by the US Government too. That is why the schools in Hong Kong teach the students to never go to the mainland, that everything there is fake and that the people in the mainland are uncivilised, They also teach the students that there is no freedom of speech or democracy in the mainland. They also indoctrinate them saying that religion is banned on the mainland of China. Of course you and I know that these are all false right? Now even in the primary schools in Hong Kong they are made to shout the 5 demands during school assemblies. Which I feel is totally wrong, as these are 6 year old kid what do they know about freedom and politics. These sort of things should not even be done in a university by force as it infringes the rights of the students.

  20.  @nickg1895  I seriously think that China is more benevolent than the US. The Asia Infrastructure Bank funded by China will give loans to all it's countries with only 2 conditions attached. That is the interest rate and the repayment schedule. If you look at the conditions imposed by the world Bank then you will see that it is being used by the US to dictate the world order. They will even tell you who can and cannot be the leaders of the country and they will also dictate how laws and justice must be implemented in the borrowing country. They will also dictate how the economy will be run and impose US monitoring and advisors to run your economy. Then look at the list of countries that the US is currently bullying. Well I guess it is easier to look at the list of countries that the US is currently not bullying and that is the United Kingdom. The US is currently bullying all other countries on the planet.

After the Liberation of China, the Dalai Lama also signed an agreement with Mao to be part of China as an Autonomous Region of China. So if India respect this philosophy please also stop supporting the annexation of Tibet from China. Taiwan's constitution clearly states that it is an integral part of China and China's constitution also clearly states that Taiwan is part of it's territory too. What dispute should that be that you should support Taiwan independence?

There is plenty of evidence of this, the US has also been proven to have spied on world leaders too. Why would you continue to approve and use equipment that has been proven to have backdoors to be spied on by the USA and not use equipment that is more advanced and has NEVER been proven to spy on anyone else but has been certified time and again that there is no backdoor by the USA, UK, France and many other national security agencies. Why do I say liberate ? more than 95% of the population of Tibet were Serves and the Elite Land owning class were living in luxury whilst the bulk of the population were not even entitled to basic necessity as food, water, clothing and a roof over their heads. Their Children will also not be eligible to food, water, clothing and a roof over their heads too. The Communists went in to negotiate with the Dalai Lama and asked him to come back to the fold. The Dalai Lama was represented in the People's Council too for some time until he left. The main reason is because according to the Communist ideology everyone in the country is equal and slave ownership is illegal. The Communists had to send in the PLA to ensure that everyone of the serves were given their citizenship rights and papers. That is your so called Military Suppression. These are facts of what actually happened in Tibet. If you are so inhumane to support the suppression and ownership of another human being and all their descendants then it is your Karma. I cannot accept the fact that a man can be skinned alive for stealing food for his baby, and he will be left to die a gruesome death. I cannot accept the fact that a man has no right to clothing in temperature below zero. It is horrible. I also cannot accept that a human being can only eat what is fed to livestock as he is just a slave. It's too inhumane. Ask yourself do you support such treatment of human beings ? This documentary has filmed what actually happened but when the video was released it tells another sinister story, the video was edited and given a different narrative to paint that there is genocide and concentration camps when it clearly did not have any. This video that was released by the BBC has been debunked many times by people who know what actually happened. The BBC is now officially the Big Bluff Corporation.

  48.  @dharmdevil  the actual history is that the 9 dash line was recognized by the world in the previous world maps of China and it was also accepted by the United Nations. When the power shifted from Taipei to Beijing, the USA who is not a signatory to the UN Law of the Seas used this law to play up the Philippines and other ASEAN nations to make claims based on this law. China is a signatory to this law. I don’t think that China is so stupid to be a signatory to a law that undermines it’s own territorial integrity. The reason is that there was no dispute on these islands before the UN Law of the Seas came up. These were islands that were internationally recognized as part of China. Now they have to defend these islands as Neighbouring countries are making claims to them. I believe there must be more to this law than we know, we are all probably just blinded by the US geopolitical move to sway ASEAN and the world to think that China is the aggressor to claim islands that is now not theirs any more due to a new law that has just come up.

  50. These islands has been under the control of the Chinese Government since 1534 it was illegally ceased by the Japanese in 1894 during the Sino-Japanese war. These islands were then administered by the USA during the USA occupation of Japan until it relaxed its control of Japan. As a condition of Japan’s surrender after World war 2, they are supposed to surrender all territories that it has ceased during it’s previous occupation and return to its rightful owners. Unfortunately these islands were used by the USA and when the USA moved out of these islands instead of returning it to their rightful country, the USA returned these islands to Japan thus creating a lasting conflict between Japan and China. This act of the USA is against the treaty that they signed upon the surrender of the Japanese after World War Two.

Eugene Setiawan these islands has been part of China since 1534 and was stolen by the Japanese during the Sino-Japanese war when Japan surrendered after the Second World War, it was a condition that they surrender all territories taken by Japan back to its rightful sovereign country. At that time the USA rules Japan and the USA did not return these islands back to China as agreed in the surrender treaty. When the USA relaxed its powers on Japan they left these islands and returned it to Japan instead of China as agreed. So now China is claiming it back.

  65. I have seen in many international media the progress of the development of the Chinese Vaccine over the last year. There were no information on the development and testing of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccine at all but they suddenly announced the availability of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccine barely 1 week after China’s announcement. This is one of the main reason why I am really skeptical about the safety of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. Furthermore there are so many deaths that has been associated with the Pfizer vaccine makes it really more scary. That’s why I hope that I can get the Chinese Vaccine soon.

Listening to this surely gives me the feeling of Mr Rong is the sheep being led to the pack of Wolfe’s being Mr To and Andreas together with Kamal Santa Maria too. Clearly Mr To and Andreas are very Anti-China by what they do and their history. This legislation is supposed to be passed in to law by the LegCo in Hong Kong. They have taken 23 years and has not been successful in passing this law because Mr To’s party has been opposing to it without giving any solution. Similarly, Mr To and his colleagues in the opposition in Hong Kong has also protested and blocked many legislation and initiatives that is required to provide the people of Hong Kong a decent living without offering any solution. It does seem that they have been opposing for the sake of opposing. Some of these examples are : 1. Land reform to enable more land to be available for public housing and also to provide affordable housing to the ordinary citizens of Hong Kong. 2. Education reform to ensure that the text books and syllabus taught in schools will stop teaching students the altered history of Hong Kong and China. The Hong Kong LegCo also tried to stop the teaching of Anti-China syllabus in the schools in Hong Kong too but this too has been opposed and prevented from taken effect by Mr To’s party. 3. Redesignation of the northern part of Hong Kong into a Silicon Valley and electronics hub to encourage innovation and growth in these two sectors of the economy for the whole of China. Mr To’s party has refused to allow such to happen in Hong Kong therefore the companies like Tencent, Huawei, DJI and so on have been forced to settle in Shenzhen instead of Hong Kong. Therefore also depriving brilliant Hong Kong Talent from securing jobs writing Hong Kong itself. Andreas also lost his credibility by not showing any understanding about the Sino-British joint Declaration. He is only pushing his own biased agenda of western styled human rights and democracy and possibility the cessation of Hong Kong and Taiwan. The spirit of the Sino-British Joint Declaration is to have a 50 years transitional period for the people of Hong Kong to learn and adapt to the mainstream Chinese society and hence be integrated in to the rest of the country. This can only be done on a gradual basis and not over night. What Andreas seem to be promoting is that there will be no change in the society in Hong Kong for 50 years and thereafter the whole of the 1.4 billion people on Mainland China adapt to the lifestyle and culture of the Hong Kong people or to be more westernized. To think like this he is either delusional, stupid, crazy or an idiot with no knowledge of human management or human behavior.

Secondly any Chinese Citizen is able to criticize the government and can do it directly by going to the relevant websites or WeChat channels to do so. The KPI of each department and each Government official has also been pegged to this response. That is one of the reason why China has developed so fast. On the other hand there has been more anti-China reporting in China than any anti-USA reporting in the USA. The main reason is because most of these anti-China media has been funded by the NED and it’s associated organisations like RFA, NTD, ASPI, and so on. That is the hundred’s of millions of USD that is being spent by the US Government annually to ensure that there is always a negative twist to any events that is going on in China. This is one of the main China containment strategy that the CIA has been using over the last 2 decades. These media is also not limited to within China but also throughout the world.

  76. ⁠@staceevanya Sorry it is not true that the National Security law in Hong Kong is crated to facilitate the CCP to control over Hong Kong. If you look at the Article 23 the crimes stated and defined there is exactly how it is described in most countries around the world but the difference is that the punishment prescribed by the Hong Kong’s Article 23 is very minimal as compared to most places around the world. For many of these crimes described in Article 23 it would be life in prison or death penalty in all countries in Europe or America however it is a mere few years jail in Hong Kong. The only difference is that in Hong Kong there are many organisations funded by foreign Governments trying to subvert the day to day running of Hong Kong and China whilst there are not so many of these organisations in many other countries or territories around the world. In India they outright banned some of these organisations like Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International and these organisations just left India about a decade or so ago. This Article 23 was a requirement to be set up by the Hong Kong Government according to the agreement for the return of Hong Kong to the mainland. However, the UK and the USA has been lobbying through their sponsored politicians and other organisations like the churches controlled by the CIA in Hong Kong to stop the implementation of this law. The reason for it is that when this law is implemented these organisations and churches funded by the UK and USA in Hong Kong will be breaking these laws.

The country that is the champion in breaking this law around the world by interfering in other countries internal affairs is the USA. They will decide who can and who cannot be the leader of a country, if they do not like the leader elected by the people the USA will go an appoint another president or Prime Minister in that country like Venezuela or Ukraine. Luckily the people in Venezuela is smart and strong enough to resist this and retained their President.   82. You see the true story is there was a civil war going on in China between the Kuomingtang Government and the Communist Government in China. The Kuomingtang Government was loosing and was retreating and the last place they retreated to is the island of Taiwan. The Kuomingtang and it's supporters took all or most of the ships to transfer their troops and supporters to the island of Taiwan leaving very little sea worthy ships left on the mainland. So the communist government took the remaining sea worthy vessels to transport their troops towards the island of Taiwan. Whilst on their journey, the US military ships came in defence of the Kuomingtang ships and the island of Taiwan. The communist troops were only able to take civilian passenger boats towards Taiwan hence they were no match to the war ships of the United States of America. They were then left with no choice but to retreat back to the mainland. The US has since never stopped meddling in China's internal affairs because the US has been blocking the Chinese Government from taking over the last territory of the country. This the US has been doing even when they openly say they support the One China policy and only recognising Communist China. So tell me is it US hippocracy or the US double headded snake that Taiwan and China is not United as one country.

This comparison will be more accurately depicted if you compare Taiwan as Texas and China as Washington. The reason I use this is because the KMT and the CPC was at 2 sides of the civil war in China. Just like the confederate states (the Southern states ) and the United States (northern States). In the Chinese civil war, the CPC won and pushed the KMT to retreat to Taiwan. In the American civil war, the Confederate States lost. Therefore the southern states came back to be part of the United States. If you look at it thus way, shouldn't Taiwan come back to be part of China? They seem to think that religion is not allowed on the mainland and they think that if you were to pray on the mainland you will be put in jail. They also think that you have no voting rights in Mainland China. They also think that you are not free to say anything on the mainland like if you do you will be put in jail. China didn't claim Taiwan in 1979 as said in the video. These islands withing the 9 dashed lines were always recognised as part of China until recently. The so called Tribunal set up to rule that China's Claims is not valid is a newly set up Tribunal by the US and has nothing to do with the United Nations. It has no legal jurisdictions Nor legal effects. The only thing is that it is located in the same building of the ICJ in the Hague. The claims by the Philippines in this Tribunal was only represented by some NGO from the Philippines probably funded by the US too. Taiwan is being run separately over the years is due to the US interference in China's internal matter when the US sent warships to fight alongside the KMT to ward off the Communist Party of China. It's time for the US to let go of this hegemony and stop the bullying of China by selling over priced defective and obsolete weapons to Taiwan to fight for independence and it's separatist movements.
