I have watched the whole video and I think there is a problem here. The problem here is probably a disconnect as the Chinese is doing what they think is best for these people. They do what is agreed with their authorities but this is not the expectation of the people. The people expected something that is different from what was given because what was agreed by their leaders with the Chinese business man is disconnected.

@declancurry4479 slaves were used in Europe too.

@declancurry4479 the first British slaves were the Irish, they were serving their masters in England and were later brought over to the USA. They were then replaced by slaves from Africa and Asia.
