  11. Gang Ma you are totally wrong, a state or a province ruled by a different party does not make it a different country at all. If you look at the US the mid west states are ruled by the republicans and the coastal states are ruled by the democrats does that make them different countries ? No it doesn’t. In India, the Kerala is ruled by the Communist party while the state of Karnataka is ruled by the National Congress, does that make these different countries ? No. I have been to both these states and I have to say that the state of Kerala is a lot more organized and cleaner than that of Karnataka.
