  2. Dr Rajan Kumar, I’m sorry Tibet cannot be an independent country in 1912 while the Qing Dynasty was falling. It was still under the rule of the Qing Government, there was no formal announcement nor recognition of Tibet independence at that time. Only the British decided to cunningly negotiate with the Dalai Lama privately with the ongoing protest of the Qing Governor and the Qing palace for the land in the areas of Arunachal Pradesh and so on. So your facts are wrong.
