@jakesmall8875 you are wrong in the eyes of the law a verbal agreement is still and this is practised around the world as it is the basis of the law of contract practised by the English common law. This principle is practised in all former British colonies countries, the USA and most Asian countries too. It is obvious now that nobody should ever trust the USA anymore and the European Union being lead by the nose of by the USA is now no better.

@jakesmall8875 don't be lazy. Go check it out. This verbal agreement was in the minutes of the meeting and it is easily available on the internet as it has been declassified information. Once you do get your Dictators of the USA and NATO to abide by this agreement and stop the war.
