  1. No you will also have to realise that an aging population will also create a social problem too. China is an Asian country hence not like the West. The child is expected to take care of their parents in their old age. Therefore the situation will arise where 2 or 1 person will be tasked with the burden of earning and financially supporting 4 or 5 old persons. This can then be very financially, mentally and emotionally taxing for the one person. This has lead to abandoned parents in some other Asian societies where the old folk is left out in the cold with no home, no social security and no one to depend on.

  2. I think it is an idea but need to tweak it a little bit. One Child 1 property, 2 children 2 property and 3 children 3 property. Then this one instead of no tax then perhaps lower tax and no inheritance tax for that child. Then in that case they will be able to pass on the property to the next generation and at the same time solve a social problem too on housing.
