@argen28 ha ha ha nice try. However these islands and these waters has been listed as part of Chinese territorial waters for hundreds of years, so now you want to kick them out ? What if Malaysia says that Mindanao is actually part of Malaysia and not the Philippines, Malaysia will say that Mindanao is mainly Malay and not Filipino will the Philippines give up Mindanao? Absolutely not right ?

@argen28 you are correct we are looking at international law. The law defines the boundaries of each country. These islands are defined as part of China’s territory so the UNCLOS says that 12 nautical miles from these lands belong to China. These lands and waters may be close to the Philippines but it has been accepted that it is part of China for centuries is it now right to use a new law to kick China out ?

@Lulu.26 sorry Sabah has never been part of the Philippines. Yes, parts of Sabah has been leased in perpetuity to their previous colonial masters however the people of Sabah has chosen to be part of Malaysia. Therefore the Sulu Sultanate's claim on to the land below the wind is no longer valid.

@pauchel.lozano26 my question to you is if you and your family has been living on this land or house for generations, just because I moved next door I claim your house and kick you out. Then I tell you to stop claiming this house then there will be no trouble would you move out ? The fact is that China has already been occupying these waters and islands for centuries and now you tell China to stop occupying it because it is near the Philippines and it belongs to the Philippines, you think they will move out? You must be out of your mind. What if Malaysia tells the Philippines tomorrow that Mindanao is actually Malaysian ? Would the Philippines give it away ? No way ! Right ? Malaysia or Indonesia can easily say Mindanao is more malay than Filipino so it must belong to Malaysia or Indonesia. Will the Filipino accept that ?

@pauchel.lozano26 Can you honestly tell me that every island and every part of the Philippines is inhabited by Filipino's ? I can tell you it is not. The fact that these islands has been part of Chinese territory for hundreds of years and it has been offering seasonal shelter for Chinese fishermen for hundreds of years should be considered as part of their territory. The other reason is that the whole world has recognised that these are part of Chinese territory and has not been disputed for not only hundreds of years but for the past 80 years by members of the United Nations is good enough. However I believe you will not be able to accept this logic as you only follow Filipino Dictatorship logic. Thank you very much for showing your stupidity.
