  1. The CPTPP is not conducive for most ASEAN Nations because of the requirements of the USA especially in terms of the big Pharmaceutical companies who requires all the members to only allow high priced drugs to be used in member countries and it will make access to health care out of reach for majority of the citizens in ASEAN, China and in the future India. The only countries that would not suffer from the CPTPP would only Korea, Japan, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
