After watching this and listening to these few people I am now convinced that Hong Kong’s youth are either really stupid and really lack critical thinking or they have been thoroughly brainwashed.
1. The Government has already responded to the 5 demands early in July 2019. They keep saying that they Government didn’t respond to them so they are forced to protest violently. The thing is that the Government has responded to the 5 demands and did not agree to those that are not reasonable, doesn’t mean that they didn’t respond. When the Government agree to some of them, it doesn’t give you the right to add a few more to make it 5 demands and insist that the Government didn’t respond to your demands.
2. The stupid protester keep saying these students didn’t leave the protest even though it was raining, that should mean that there is something she doesn’t know and perhaps she should also join in the protest so that she can support the Hong Kong people ? ? ? Where is your independent thinking girl ? Didn’t they teach you how to reason and think for yourself ?
3. NO THIS EXTRADITION LAW is NOT for extradition to mainland China ! ! ! This extradition law is for extradition to any other territory or country that Hong Kong does not currently have an extradition arrangement with. This law also qualifies that it can only allow extradition if the reason is for a crime that is also considered a crime in Hong Kong and MUST have a sentence of more than 7 years imprisonment AND it must not be a white collar crime (money laundering, embasslement, cheating and so on), it must not be for political crime, religious crime nor crimes related to freedom of speech and expression. This also has to be decided by a judge in the courts of Hong Kong before it can happen and The Chief Executive can ONLY stop an extradition if the judge approves it. What other kind of protection do you want ! ! !
4. Yes, there are many people who are injured during these protests. Don’t you see that if the rioters didn’t start the violence then nobody would have got hurt. Don’t you see that the police has been very civil even in this video ! ! The police will tell people to leave the area and not only do this verbally but also with a sign in Black and White in 2 different languages too. Where else in the world would there be any police force that would do such a thing ! ! ! Don’t be so blinkered to think that the whole world is against you stupid rioters.
5. Yes, those 12 who were caught it the waters of mainland China deserve to stay there and face their sentence. The things they did they would be treated the same in any other country in the world unless there is no rule of law. Why ?
- They have been charged in court for a crime and their trials are not over yet. They have been ordered by the court of Hong Kong to not travel until the case is over. Their action is considered a Contempt of court within the English Common law and usually they will be charged separately for this action and jailed separately too.
- They protested against the extradition law. Now they cannot expect to use a law that they have protested against to bring them back to Hong Kong for trial. I’m sorry but this is not how the world works. If you do not agree with something you cannot use it for your own benefit when it is convenient to you ! ! !
6. I don’t expect you rioters to understand or will take the trouble to understand the details of the National Security Law as you were protesting about the Extradition law without knowing what it is and what it does. So that’s why you keep saying that the National Security Law is draconian and has impede the freedom and democracy of Hong Kong. However it has actually brought freedom, democracy, Law and order back to Hong Kong. Unfortunately this is too difficult for blinkered visioned rioters to know and understand because you will forever refuse to see it as it is.
