  2. it has been the prerogative of the HKSAR LegCo to make this law since the return of Hong Kong back to the mainland. Since then 23 years has passed, these laws to protect the land has been repeatedly struck down without valid reasoning by the party and associates of Joshua Wong. Joshua Wong and his associates has also refused laws and initiatives by the ruling party in the HKSAR to make lives easier and better for the people of Hong Kong over the last 23 years. These rejections has therefore created the extreme poverty and the extreme hardship on the ordinary people of Hong Kong creating a rife condition to spark all these protests and negative reactions in 2019. Therefore the Central Government has got no choice but to propose the necessary law’s that they can do that is according to the Sino British Joint Declaration to protect Hong Kong and it’s people. This then requires the LegCo in HKSAR to then validate this law in to effect. So what is wrong with this ?
