  1. I definitely have to say that the health care system in Germany is by far superior to that of the US and probably more advanced too. The US has a very capitalistic health care system where it is only accessible to those who has health insurance and over 30 million Americans do not have health insurance. And another 20% of them do not have adequate health insurance. How can America be considered to have a proper health care system? i would say it is almost non-existent or total dilapidated.
