  1. I think New York should seek independence from the USA then state of New York will be in a much better state than now. The US foreign policies are creating a lot of migrant problems in South and Central America, and when these migrants are forced to move to the USA the southern states give them a free ticket to New York thus creating and worsening this crisis.
