Please correct your error ! ! ! Hambandota Port was not a repossession by the Chinese. It was a lease to the Chinese Company so that Sri Lanka can repay the interests for loans owing to India, Japan, USA and the IMF. It has nothing to do with any loans from China.

@waynesworldofsci-tech Yes, please do some research and you will see. The Chinese Company was actually asked to help the Sri Lankan Government to help settle their payments to IMF and a few countries that was why they had to lease the port to this Chinese Company. Unfortunately, it was twisted out of proportion by US lead Propaganda machines which control over 90% of the world media.
