chanfranc you must be from Hong Kong or else you would not be so ignorant. I’m really sorry for all the Hong Kong people for they have been so misled that they don’t know that they have been stupified by the American propaganda. The People in Hong Kong do not know what freedom is as they have never really experienced freedom and Democracy until 1997. They are now totally going berserk because they have been given too much freedom that they do not know how to handle this new found freedom that they are currently enjoying. The people in Hong Kong is ranked the 2nd most free territory in the world from literally no freedom prior to 1997. As any human manager or psychologist would tell you when people are not ready to have freedom and they are just thrown in to the deep end of freedom they will either abuse it, or go mad with it. It also doesn’t help when the lawyers in Hong Kong are totally illiterate or ignorant of the law. That was one of the main triggers of the totally unnecessary protests and riots that began in 2019 against the proposed extradition law. As all the concerns and demands of the people of Hong Kong has been addressed in the proposed law. Yet you find those disgraced lawyers coming out as a professional body to protest against it thus signaling to the masses that this is really bad for them. It is totally unbecoming and unprofessional of the legal fraternity in Hong Kong. If you have not been so stupified, you would have realised that those social media that you worship so much like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Google has an agenda. They are also very closely linked to the CIA to provide them all the information that they want to spy on the people of the world. They are also using these media to control the people of the world too.

@chanfranc this clearly shows you don't know the story here. Dr Li was an eye doctor. He was alerting that there is a virus going around and asking people to be careful but he was speculating on the virus at that time because nobody knows what virus it is and what the dangers are yet. The medical fraternity was still trying to find out what this is at that time. So if there were any notification it would have just caused unnecessary panic with no solution. The authorities decided to do what all responsible authorities do. Find out what it is, how dangerous it is before warning the rest of the world. In this way they would be more credible. Isn't it?
