  1. Well in 1992 the ruling Taiwanese Government agreed to a Gradual Unification and it has been happening until President Tsai took office. Then you see the change of the school syllabus to teach young Taiwanese minds that they are actually Japanese and not Chinese. They also see to teach School children that they should have nothing to do with the Mainland as they are poor, ban religions and totally authoritarian. Basically they are taught in school to just hate anything China.
