I have to say that the USA forced this to happen and it was the European Union that was begging this pain to be inflicted upon them.

Correct because the people in Europe asked to starve in the cold and they demanded that the whole of Europe have no gas for heating. This is what the Europeans are saying when they pushed for the war and insisted on the resulting sanctions. So they deserve what they demanded for. Africans and Asians didn’t ask to starve so they should not feel this pain.

@capastianluna8896 The West has no interest in helping Africa. If they did they would have done so 100 years ago. The West's only interests in Africa is to keep them poor so that they can plunder the resources of Africa at the cheapest possible cost, so that their profits for taking these resources can also be transferred back to their own countries. On the other hand the Chinese wants to go to Africa to get their resources at the cheapest possible price in the market but in return they will exchange it for infrastructures. These infrastructures will then allow African nations to develop and trigger more economic activities. The reason why the Chinese wants to do that is so that these African people can earn a good income so that they can purchase the products that are being manufactured by China. Look, let's put it this way, nobody is benevolent here. When I compare between the West and the Chinese, I will definitely go with the Chinese because they give me an avenue to develop and have a decent living. At least it is a win - win situation. The West only offers a Win loose situation.
