Yeah, Trump spewed quite a few promises out of his orange mouth. Such as "The Wall Almighty", releasing his tax records once elected, going after Hillary Clinton (recall special prosecutor and the histerical chants of "lock her up, lock her up" and all that). He choked up and folded.
Just a whole bunch of high-winded clap trap.
Trump is far from the "...second coming of Christ..." even in the disturbed and delusional minds of his cult-like following. They see him from the viewpoint of steely-eyed Nazi’s cheering Hitler at the Luitpold arena in the 1930's.
Forget his wall. It didn't work in Berlin from its construction in 1961 up until the time they began dismantling it in 1990. Hadrian's Wall proved equally futile during its time, and The Great Wall of China had limited effectiveness. Can only imagine the hundreds of millions of dollars that will needed to be spent each and erery year to repair and maintain the stupid "Trump Wall." Plus, it will be an absolute eyesore for everyone. Spray painted on one (or both) sides, and crumbling concrete on both in a decade or less. Trump just wants the wall as an everlasting memorial to himself. His followers will call it "The Trump Monument." Heck, they can paint the wall orange too then.
An enduring monument to celebrate the legacy of a imbecile throughout the ages.
And just like all walls, people who are determined to get past them will always find a way around them. Total eyesore and waste of money for such limited effects of preventing unlawful entry into America. Find a more practical way, Trump...(or pay for the wall YOURSELF out of your won pocket)!
Walls are the tools for and by tyrants.
