Chí Thiện Nguyễn Man, I must have ruffled some feathers with you! You wrote me a whole book as a response, and still failed to invalidate my point.
In any event, you understand where I am coming from on this issue; we need to stop sending American tax payer money to all of you freeloading foreigners who pay nothing in return.
Now let’s get into some of the so-called “facts” that you presented. They are definitely skewed to say the least, which is most likely a direct result of the communist propaganda that exists in your country….
You wrote: “US are having the worst high school education system even behind Vietnam 16 ranks. Most US college or university now a day are having 30% of foreign students.”
^^^Not completely true at all. As for the poorer urban school systems in large cities, yes, they are not properly funded (that’s because Washington politicians are too busy giving the money away rather than investing it here). But as for our private schools, they are some of the best school systems out there. As for our colleges? Absolutely right on! We have the best colleges on the planet bar none! After all, do you actually think an ambitious American student would want to come to Vietnam to earn a degree??? For that matter, would anyone else (a Canadian, German, Brazilian for example) want to come to Vietnam for an education? 😂
You wrote: “US are having the worst healthcare system even Vietnam are saving more people with health problems than US despite be the system in Vietnam is far behind US in term of technology and experiences.”
^^That is pure communist propaganda. You can be sure that nobody comes to Vietnam for medical treatment or for the so-called medical advancements. In fact, I have never heard of any particular hospital in Vietnam. But I am sure you have heard of the Mayo Clinic, or the Cleveland Clinic, which are very respected hospitals that are known all over the planet. Never heard of anyone from the Saudi royal family coming to Vietnam for medical service, but the sure do come to the Cleveland Clinic.
https://www.beckershospitalreview.com/rankings-and-ratings/10-best-hospitals-in-the-world-ranked-by-newsweek.html
You wrote: “US are having the worse infrastructure in their even behind China now and Vietnam will surpass US in 20-30 years”
^^^Partly true, but mostly false. As I have said before, if America wants to keep sending all of you foreign freeloaders our tax dollars, then yes, what you contend could happen (though on a much smaller scale). By contrast, if we as American’s invest our tax dollars here at home; we will guarantee our infrastructure as one of the best. The choice is in the hands or our politicians; I just hope they wake up in time before they sell us all out. And if that is not feasible, then let American’s vote them out in the next election.
You wrote: “US are having the worst public transportation behind Japan 50 years, already are behind China and at this rate, some developing country like Vietnam, Philippines and Indonesia will have public high-speed train before US even did in 10 years.”
^^^First off, most people have cars here in the US, so we do not need a train transportation system beyond what we already have in place. However, we are on the path to getting the HyperLoop system, which means one could travel from Chicago to Cleveland in 32 minutes. And it is worth noting that we will soon be leading the way with making the transition from fossil fuel cars to electric.
You wrote: “5. US are having the highest death rate of malnutrition, even 45 times higher death rate than Vietnam.”
^^^Absolutely nonsense. In fact, there is not much to say to refute this silly claim of yours, aside from telling you to come to the US to see for yourself. Look, our rats, roaches, and mice eat better from any dumpster located behind any restaurant or grocery store from the sheer abundance of food that is thrown away compared to what people in Vietnam have have access to; we are a land of plenty. Malnutrition? Hardly. Even homeless people in American eat better than you do in Vietnam. Our people tower over your people. You are probably 5'0" and 110 pounds dripping wet. Us Americans? 6'0 and 220 pounds (or even bigger) is not hard to come by. I do not see any Vietnamese NFL Football players here in the U.S. I see plenty of Japanese baseball players here, but not in the NFL. You guys are just too small by comparison.
Look Nguyen, the Vietnamese communist party propaganda has you in a tight grip.
You wrote: “US are having the highest below poverty line rate at 15%, even poorer country like Vietnam only have 5.6% living below poverty line.”
^^^Well, not exactly. We have a high cost of living. What we as American’s would say is lousy pay at $10 per hour at Dunkin Doughnuts is probably middle class (or better) in your country. Why don’t you mention about the wealth of the upper crust of America??? How many people in your country get salaries like Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Robert De Niro, or Lebron James??? You get my point. Some of the wealthiest people on the planet live here in the U.S.
You wrote: “US are having the highest homeless rate and population than any country in the world, while Vietnam is one of the lowest.”
^^Absolutely a hot load of steaming, fly-strewn Vietnamese fecal matter. You really need to get out more, and for Pete's sake, shake off that Vietnamese communist brainwashed nonsense.
You wrote: “US are having the highest incarcerate in the world at 738 per 100,000 capita, 6 time higher than Vietnam.”
^^^And what is so odd or revealing about that? Someone breaks the law; they get prosecuted and go to jail. With the notion of freedom there comes free choices; not everyone makes the right choices. Nevertheless, in America, at least they get a fair trial. In Vietnam (and China), a defendant is already considered guilty by the communist party, and then subsequently executed. Start giving people in your country a fair trial, and you will soon see your numbers going up with the incarceration “facts” that you presented.
You wrote: “US are having the worst car in the world, 45% of their cars in their country are foreign brand and their cars can't be export to other countries, even Vietnam's new car brand called Vinfast are being import to US and Europe. Etc”
^^Oh, now this is a good one! 🤣🤣🤣😂😂 A “Vinfast”????? 🤣🤣 That sounds like some weight loss supplement! Something like "Nutra Slim." 🤣🤣
Worst cars? HARDLY!!! I have never even heard of a Vietnamese “Vinfast” until you mentioned it, let alone see one anywhere on the road (not even on TV). That must be the King Daddy of rice burners over there in your country. In any event, my experiences owning a Dodge, GM, or Ford vehicle is WAY cooler than any import; no two ways about it! The styling of the American cars is without equal. A close runner up would be some of the European imports (not Asian rice burners).
Just for entertainment and laughs though, I’d really love to see a “Vinfast” at the local race track against a Corvette, Mustang, or a Dodge Challenger! And as for work trucks? Please, no contest at all. A Ford F-250, Chevy 2500 will out haul anything you got (and look better doing it too). By the way, how much rice per gallon does a Vinfast get on the freeway? 🤣🤣🤣😂😂 This is a good future YouTube video idea for someone out there to compare a "Vinfast' (more 🤣🤣) with a Corvette or Tesla, smh. (I'm sorry, I can't help with more 😂😂😂😂).
Nguyen, you really need to brush up on your fact finding, son (and your English too). Stop being so gullible to party rhetoric Vietnam. You see, the Vietnamese communist party tells you what to think, whereas Americans get to do their own thinking for themselves. You ought to try that (you know, thinking for yourself), oh, but on second thought you might be arrested by your communist secret police/ Công an Nhân dân Việt Nam.
Yes, we as Americans really do need to put a halt to all of the financial waste that stems from sending our tax dollars overseas. We have helped all of you along up until this point, now we need to take the training wheels off and let you guys fend for yourselves for once.

@Rob You want to argue how exactly this "superpower" thing benefits the average American??? Seriously, 😂😂🤣 You’re joking, right? Because I’ll tell you what, it only benefits the rich and most American’s are not in that category. Don’t believe the hype of what people in your county think is that all American’s are movie stars with million-dollar mansions and Bentley's in different colors. Try visiting any U.S. major city like Cleveland, Detroit, Dallas, Oakland, etc. You’d have a tough time selling this nonsensical point on yours to a working-class mother and father who had to bury their 20-year-old son, or who must take care of a disabled son/daughter from this world police action.
Tell you what then; why don't you come here to the U.S., become a citizen, and then go work at Target or Walmart for a measly $11 bucks an hour on 40 hours (if you are lucky to get full time) and then let's reassess your notion of the good life in America because of superpower status. Yeah, try that on raising a family too. You clearly know nothing of what you are talking about.
So, by all means, tell me all about this point that you like to "argue” (I like a good debate). And you are from where??? UK, Canada???? Just know what you are talking about.
And Trump not starting wars? And your point is??? Look, wanting to get out of Afghanistan is not the same thing as actually getting out of Afghanistan, so you drive a moot point here on Trump.
America can still be a Superpower with all the points that I have raised.
Let me rehash for you:
Instead of giveaways for arms and other hardware for people in these other countries, I say let everyone pay twice the value of this merchandise and let's help eliminate poverty here in the U.S. Put more money into communities that are lacking in opportunities.
It is high time for other countries (your country too) that benefits directly from American's "World Police" status and operations. Yeah, let the U.K. France, Germany, Italy takes care of European and middle east security and let Japan, Australia, New Zealand take care of the Asian theatre. I am ALL FOR IT.
Because as far as I am concerned, the Monroe Doctrine didn't include the whole planet and outer space, so let’s keep things in perspective here.

-
@cnn787-i9e Oh, I know they do.
I really hope they would stop though. It is almost like having home or auto insurance that you pay for every month, except the insurance company (in this case the U.S. Government) is going to give free policies and coverage to those who do not pay (in this case the foreigners that do not pay taxes).
I read somewhere that it ( I believe it was the cost of operations in Afghanistan) cost the U.S. approximately $8,000,000 per day. Why not take that same $8,000,000 per day (since evidentially they can spare it) and give it to a major American city each and every day. Education would likely improve, crime would go down, depilated houses could be torn down and rebuilt, and it would give people in the community a sense of calm that something positive is being done to improve the community. But no, all the government wants is taxes, taxes, and more taxes so they can waste it on some useless foreign support. You'd think that the foreign governments were voting for our politicians and paying their salaries.
I mean, I don't see any foreign governments giving their tax dollars to support improvement initiatives here in the Untied States at the cost of their tax base in their countries.
2
-
Chí Thiện Nguyễn No kidding; you're not telling me anything that I don't already know. With the sheer amount of American tax payer funds given away to foreign nations each and every single day, sure, they love us like no other.
Instead of giving military equipment, money, and yes, American military lives away in these foreign expeditions, why don't the American politicians try to win over the American people by routing that same money into domestic issues such as community building and improving schools in urban areas?
It's not like people in Vietnam or South Korea pay taxes to the American government, or vote for them at election time. Meanwhile, the American politicians keep coming to John and Jane taxpayer for more money to give away. This would be tantamount to having insurance policy holders pay a monthly premium for coverage, but then let people without coverage get free plans.
If foreigners want a piece of America's pie of propensity, then they can chip in with tax money to participate.
2
-
Chí Thiện Nguyễn Huh???
Look, kid....
You are contradicting yourself...
You wrote: "I don't thinks you guy are 220lbs in average, you have to be 440lbs in average since 75% of your adult population are over weight and 42% are obese "
^^^So which is it? Are Americans malnourished (as you earlier stated) or grossly overweight at 440lbs??? Either way, the average American male is much more powerfully built than the little scrawny, boney, fellas like you over there in Vietnam. 🤣😄 Besides, I don't know where you get all of your percentage statistics from regarding weight, so why don't you include a source link? In any evert, I know I am rocking a serious physique working out 2 hours a day, 4 days a week. I have more muscle mass in my one forearm than you have on your entire body, boy.
And your statement about Walmart? What? Ok, that literally made no sense whatsoever. However, I suppose it may be something worthwhile in your socialist controlled mind. Next, they will be opening a series of Walmart stores in Vietnam. And you know what? YOU would be first clown in line to buy clothes from the boy's department to fit your scrawny little frame, and grab a bottle of soy sauce while you are at it.
As for some side show freak action at the circus, I'll bet both of your Grandmothers were most likely some cheap, sideshow freak action for a dozen or more drunk American G.I's during the 1960's! 🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂 Those Vietnamese girls would do ANYTHING for a few bucks lying on their backs for 10 minutes to put a smile on these guy's face. "Oh, me love you long time, G.I." LOL!!!!😂😂
Check this out: https://youtu.be/EwIEUflY6YI?t=8
I like the depiction on the billboard in that movie clip of the figure with squinting eyes and big teeth that we all know you zipperheads are good for! 🤣🤣 And yes, everyone in Vietnam seems to be named "Nyguyen."
5"9?? Really? You are quite the giant in your country! lol.😂🤣 You could be on the Vietnamese basketball team, and then you could come over here for an exhibition game against the Miami Heat or the Dallas Mavericks. (That was sarcasm by the way...). Any local elementary school here in the U.S. has 14-year-olds bigger than you guys.
But seriously, there are plenty of women in America that are 5'9" or taller. My aunt is 5'11. On the other hand, 5'9" for a man in America is a bit on the short side.
In any case, you probably can't grow any facial hair like most men in your culture (aside from a few stray hairs and some peach fuzz), whereas I have been shaving since the age of 13 (with a full beard at 18).
You are clearly under the control of the Vietnamese communist party mind control agenda. Yes, they have you captivated by propaganda and fear.
At the tender age of 21, you are too inexperienced with life to know any better. By this point, I have lived double your lifetime, and I have lived in America from birth to the present. What you contend as "factual" about America simply does not reflect the reality that I see everyday in America.
You probably have never even left your little village tending water buffalo and wearing your nón lá on your father's farm, let alone ever having traveled to a prosperous country like America.
And for someone like myself that has two college degrees (graduating with a third degree next year), you are in over your head if you want to debate me on the topics that you foolishly presented. You simply lack life experience and education, kid.
You have much to learn about life (and everything else for that matter).
You can see today how communism is grossly inferior to democracy. Just look at North Korea vs. South Korea. Life is much better in South Korea. For that matter, life in South Korea is probably better than your standard of living in Vietnam.
Yes, I understand your situation in a repressive socialist country, so I know you may not want to admit that you are wrong for fear of the secret police monitoring your internet activity for antigovernmental statements. But for me, I do not have to lie about my government or lie about the prosperity in America. I am free to write anything good or bad about my government. And you know what? Nobody with a badge is going to come and take me to a forced labor camp (or worse) for doing it. You gotta love the 1st Amendment right that is enjoyed over here in the U.S.
So long, squirt...you bore me with your broken English, imbecilic commentary, and your pitiful farm/communist inspired intellect. Google Translate isn't doing you any favors.

@cnn787-i9e We "have to feed them"? Well, actually, we don't need to do anything. You know, it would be like putting the training wheels on a bicycle for a 4-year-old; fast forward to when this 4-year-old is now a 40-year-old man and the training wheels are still on. You got to take the wheels off. You got to sink or swim at some point, can't have the U.S. carry the weight of foreigners for the rest of their lives. Otherwise, they might just as well have their countries occupied by us, add a few more stars to our flag for the "new states", and then they can pay taxes like Americans do. Sounds fair and reasonable to me.
It has been going on the better part of 50 years since the end of the Vietnam war. As for the so-called "lazy" SVA's in America? You got it all wrong; they are working their little fish frying, or dry cleaning business, and doing what other working Americans do, drum roll..........pay taxes like every other citizen. A novel idea, I know.

Chí Thiện Nguyễn So, that is your answer to not having Pell Grants in Vietnam? lol. That is what I thought.
$1,000,000 that is a big number! Considering all one needs is less than $75,000 for a bachelor's degree in America.
Not even the ivy league colleges like Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) cost that much.
Sounds like you accessed some click bait, because the most debt I have heard of from someone is $58,000, which is WAY LESS than $1,000,000.
Nguyen, don't be so gullible.

In broken English, you wrote: "Since when Vietnam pay taxes to American?"
I never said they did, and whether a country has an American military base or not is not a precursor to my point. But any country who gets money from the U.S. should pay taxes to America. That is more than fair. I said it before, and I will say it AGAIN to you: American tax dollars (and military lives for that matter) should not be wasted outside our borders. Instead, that tax money should be spent here in the U.S. building jobs and promoting community development.
Here, I will make it real s-i-m-p-l-e for you by using an analogy. If you pay home insurance or car insurance, this is because you pay the insurance company a monthly payment to have coverage in the event your house burns down or your car gets wrecked (you still with me here?), and the insurance company will replace these items so long as you have been paying your monthly dues. Now, how fair would it be if that same insurance company (in this case America) decided it would give out free policy and coverage to those without a paid policy? Wouldn't be fair at all. Soon, the paying policy holders would say, "I want free coverage too." This analogy is comparable to the fact that American tax payers pay taxes to our Government, with the general idea that we will have our needs satisfied here at home. But no, somehow or another the American politicians want to give out "free coverage" to supplying all the wants and needs of foreign countries. The U.S. Government owes all that it can do for it's citizens (the voting base), not non-voting, non-tax paying foreigners. These countries don't pay anything (certainly not on the same level of return). Yeah, why don't all these countries chip in and help pay down the national deficient that is climbing over here on Uncle Sam's tab? Here is a better idea: If the American politicians want to give away tax dollars, well then, they can reduce the taxes of Americans. Sounds more than fair to me. But no, they want to raise tax dollars and the like, and yet still give money and support to foreign governments.
American "Nation Building" on the planet needs to become "Community Building" here in the U.S.
You see son, you don't pay attention, and that is part of your problem.

Chí Thiện Nguyễn Well, you do keep coming back to me, no??? You are free to quit writing me on here anytime you like. After all, you have noting to gain by going back and forth with me on here. I won't budge so much as a hair on my points, and I see you are equally determined to believe your party propaganda (that is your choice).
Your wrote: "45 times more than Vietnamese from what you eat in US, food in Vietnam are much tastier and healthier than what you can afforded to eat in US, health and height in Vietnam are getting improved while Americans are going down."
^Where do you come up with this nonsense???? You guys eat cats and dogs, and you claim that is tastier??? What???
And as for "45 times more than Vietnamese..." to die? We have more people over the age of 100 than you do. For those in the U.S. that want to abuse their life span by eating and smoking, well, the same could be said for those who make poor lifestyle habits in your country.
As for "American food", well, again kid, you are wrong. America is multi-cultural, and this even includes the food. Yes, they have soul food, Chinese, Japanese, (and yes, even Vietnamese), Indian, Italian, Middle Eastern food, etc. Our menu really reflects the various cultures that make up this great country. Had I not shared this point with you, you would not even know what quote "American food" is. This is how narrow-minded you are. Let me guess, you just assume "American food" is McDonalds', Burger King, or Pizza Hut, right? WRONG! There is an abundance of food and choices for one to dine on.
So like I said before, and I will say it again; YOU have a lot to learn. You need to get ot more and see the world.
Communism is a dying political system. I remember with great joy when the Soviet Union, East Germany, and all the eastern bloc communist countries gave up their repressive system. And for China? They modified their system to incorporate components of capitalism. Cuba will be going next...wait and see.
Here: Vietnamese seek asylum in U.S.
https://www.nationalgeographic.org/media/resettling-vietnamese-refugees-united-states/
2.2 million of your people live in the U.S. And you know what, son? They would be here in the U.S. if life was all milk and honey in socialist Vietnam. And that is just common sense.

Chí Thiện Nguyễn Well of course they do that when they are members of the communist party. At least I am free to laugh too without fear of punishment by my Government. As for you guys in Vietnam??? You laugh or say something negative about your government (you know, tell the truth about how things suck over there), and they will put you in a labor camp or shoot you. Nothing too funny about that. So, clicking on that link proves nothing except that the Vietnamese Communist Party has a Facebook page to put matrial on. I am sure North Korea makes some of the same baseless and brainless assertions that you do about "real freedom" in a repressive socialist country.
By the way, I am still waiting for a response to your earlier comment about the lack of freedom here in the U.S. compared to your country. So, go ahead and tell me what you can do legally in your country that I cannot do in my country. 😂 Please, I know this is going to be good for laughs if nothing else!
As for me: I can vote for my leaders, and I can also protest and criticize them. I can move anywhere I want, be it in a different state or another country. I can also work whatever job I want, or buy a home (or any number of homes), buy whatever car I want, choose my own insurance, eat where I want, get married and have has many children as I want, go buy an airplane. Heck, if I go and pay the $200 Federal Tax Stamp, I can even go buy a machine gun. The sky is the limit over here in the U.S. That is why some of the wealthiest people on the planet live here. And as for the poor in the U.S? They would be middle class citizens in some of the banana republics (or in your case, "rice republics").
If one absolutely had to move to a communist country (and thank God that is not a issue to decide), I believe most people would go to China, not Vietnam. The food in China is better for one, better sanitation, and economic propensity is as good as it gets in a communist country.
Thankfully, I will never be pressed to make a decision to move to a socialist country.
Here, read this and form your own opinion:

Everything in this stupid narrative that you wasted space with means nothing. If you really have private business, well, guess what moron? That would make you just like us in America. There are over 100 internet service providers in America, and you know what? They are privately owned. Your internet is owned and closely monitored by the government.
You know that communism is repressive state (doesn't take a genius to figure it out), that is why they are willing to shoot people for leaving. In America, not only are we free to leave, heck, 10,000 Mexicans a day are going across the border INTO the U.S.
Anyways, you wrote: "Americans don't even trust your own thinking the pandemic is just another political hoax."
^With a statement like that, now I am convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt that you are a imbecile. A "hoax" you say? Really? I know people who had the covid virus. They even had the same symptoms that the CDC informed everyone of. And a hoax by who? Who is going to benefit from promoting a hoax like that? They can make up the fevers, along with the loss of the sensation of taste that people experienced. You can go anywhere on the planet and see people with masks on. I suppose you are dumb enough to believe that the pandemic of 1918 was a hoax as well? I suppose that the plague of the 1300's was a hoax too, right? Wake up stupid. Plagues and pestilences do in fact cause illness and death in humanity.
Nguyen, you really are not that intelligent. You make baseless and imbecilic assertions as though they were facts. Look, you are just 21 years old with a village level education trying to debate with someone like me that has two (2) college degrees (earned in America, of course), and I am on track to earn a third one at the end of next year. What credentials do you have, moron? You probably still live at home with your diminutive parents, and I am a grown man twice your age with house and a car. You probably are still a virgin and believe in "Ghost Money for Ancestors." 😂
You trust your own government because they demand that you trust them. You are not free to speak out against them, and you know this very well. They will arrest you, and then send you for some "political reeducation", which is just a euphemism for some fate reserved for criminals.
You're a buffoon, a clown, and someone not even close to my level of education and life experience. You have much to learn about life, Nguyen. You are a prime example of how communism has mind control over the people. There are two kinds of people in your society: those that are too stupid and brainwashed to think for themselves, and the second category are those that are too scared to speak out for fear of reprisals (that fear is well-founded).
Still want to waste time with me on here, day after day? What, do you actually think you will make a communist out of me? NOT!. You'll soon be extolling the virtues of democracy long before that happens.
We will just have to agree to disagree. I served in the military, and have lived twice your life with the freedom to come and go as I please. With a passport in hand, I can go wherever I want. Can you say the same for yourself? I didn't think so. Few Europeans were crying when communism came crashing down in the Warsaw Pact countries. Cuba will be next.

Chí Thiện Nguyễn You believe Trump? The man is a habitual liar. I wouldn't believe him if he told me water was wet.
Oh, "kicked out of Vietnam"...
Well try this source then...
https://www.arcgis.com/apps/Cascade/index.html?appid=4abb0d406b784d8984784ed18691266a
If life in a communist Vietnam was such a great thing, then why were the former South Vietnamese so eager to flee?
They were wise to flee, because your people would have killed them in cold blood.
By historical contrast, our own civil war (1861-1865) resulted in nobody being executed. Amnesty was granted to all. In fact, the confederate soldiers were granted generous surrender terms, and these soldiers were allowed to keep their weapons and horses. Yes, even the Confederate President Jefferson Davis was set free after his arrest; he was never formally charged for treason.
Got news for you, kid. When a government has to resort to murder to keep people in order, then you can be sure it is a repressive regime. Cambodia's Khmer Rouge under Pol Pot during the 1970's is a fitting example of what communism represents. But you'll say, "that is a hoax." Sure, everything is a "hoax" when it does not support your communist narrative. And when something does support communism, then you blindly embrace it as the absolute truth. Wake up, stupid! The time for you playing ostrich with your head in the sand is far over.
You remind me of the holocaust deniers. Yes, there are actually people out there that think Hitler was a saint, and that the murder of 6 million people never happened.
Look, you have no credibility with me at all. You are a mere child at 21, and you have no advanced education or life experience beyond your father's farm. You trying to debate me on something you clearly know nothing about is laughable.

Chí Thiện Nguyễn "Ha, Ha" I'd rather eat fast food (not that I do all that much) instead of eating a cat or dog. YUCK! 🤢Disgusting. You might as well eat a rat. Your diet explains why "42%" of your population is small, skinny, and weak. For me? An Asian size XL shirt is too small for me. I'm just too buff for that.
By the way, where is your source for this so-called "42% of American adults being obese???? Did you forget that in one of your earlier posts to me on here you made the baseless assertion that American's were suffering from "malnutrition." This is an obvious contradiction on your part.
I know I am not obese, that's for sure. I am a physical fitness guru. I eat clean food, fresh vegetables, lean fish (no pork, no organs), and I consume red meat sparingly. This all fuels a productive workout at my own home gym. All this equipment that I have probably cost $3,500, and it clearly has served me well.
You go on and keep enjoying your grossly inferior communist system (and have nothing in life), and I will continue to enjoy the good life in America, where the sky is the limit.

I noticed that you didn’t want to take up the challenge of saying something derogatory about your leaders. I gave you a few fitting examples to use. What didn’t you give it a try? Are you scared of the Vietnamese security police? After all, nobody has more freedom than those in communist Vietnam (at least your warped mind), so what do you have to lose?
Yes, by all means, give it a try. Don’t use a VPN or any IP address masking tricks to hide your IP address, just do it straight from your browser and hit “enter” when finished. And for an extra bonus, why not go ahead and say something about that cat/dog eating imbecile Ho Chi Minh.
When the Vietnamese Security coming kicking your door in, just tell them that you wanted to prove to some capitalist American in the comment section on YouTube that you have more freedom than Americans do. I am sure that not only will they understand your intent, but they will applaud you for your free-thinking approach. Just write about how Trần Thị Nguyệt Thu looks like a cross-dressing man freak.
Maybe you took your nation’s flag, doused it in gasoline, and set it on fire in view of the public. Of course, you can do that, no? (sarcasm). I can! You bet! As I said before, I can say whatever the heck I want about any leader in America (past or present), and there is nothing anyone can do about it. Furthermore, if I wanted to take the assault rifle of my choice and sling it over my shoulder and walk down the street at high noon, I would be free to do so based on my 2nd Amendment Right (so long as I don’t aim it or threaten anyone with it) based on Constitutional Carry. If any American wants to burn their flag in protest, they are well within the boundaries of free speech to do so. So long as I do not make a death threat towards our leaders; any insult and criticism of our leadership is fair game. In fact, I took frequent liberties to insult and criticize that orange-glowing moron, that self-important vainglorious imbecile Trump, and mentioned his cowardly dodging of military service. So, for you to say that you have more freedoms than those of us in America is just laughable; you live in a dream world of fairy tale socialist nonsense.
It is clear that not even you believe that you have more freedom than those of us in the United States of America. Anytime you hear of “land of the free”, it is almost always in reference to America, and it never is in reference to Vietnam.
Look Nguyen, you can continue to walk with the blind if you choose, but as for me, my eyes are wide open to the reality in America, and my eyes are equally open to reality in repressive regimes like you have. I have never once heard anyone that is dissatisfied with the American way of life say that they are going to pack up and move to Vietnam for the abundance of opportunities that are there. They would not only be free to say this (or write it for that matter), they would be more than free to put word into action and do it.
Look at the below link and see how little and tiny Nguyễn Xuân Phúc looks compared to our orange former president!
What is he about 5’1”??? He looks like he is craving a tabby cat soup sandwich with a side of fried dog legs with soy sauce and bean sprouts!

Grow a backbone, and make an insult of your leaders on here. You have (😂) freedom of speech in Vietnam.

Your sense of logic is seriously flawed if not outright imbecilic, Nguyen.
It is funny how you come up with some absurd figure of “30 million killed by the U.S.”, yet you have no proof or source to support this unrealistic figure.
So, tell me, what country lost 30 million killed to the U.S. and in what conflict(s)??? Ok, for that matter, what series of countries combined have lost 30 million people to the U.S.?
Dropping the atomic bomb on Japan in 1945 didn’t even come close to that crude figure that you presented. A figure of 30 million people is quite a large number, which would cover almost all of those killed on all sides in WWII (military and civilian).
It is clear that you believe every bit of nonsense that your communist party spoon feeds your feeble mind. You ought to fact check EVERY claim that they ever made.
Pol Pot’s regime didn’t even come close to 30 million. And regardless of the actual figure of people killed by the Khmer Rouge in the 1970’s, you make it out like the U.S. is somehow responsible. I can assure you they were not. I can be honest and say that the U.S. has provided support for governments that are a bit on the unsavory side to be sure, but it was for use as a counterweight to the opposition that the U.S. political agenda was facing at that time. If Vietnam hadn’t invaded Cambodia, then there would have been no support from the U.S. However, China may still have supported them, and they did in fact provide the majority of support for Cambodia. But because they are fellow communists like you, they get a pass.
One fitting example of support provided for a government was our support of the Soviet Union in WWII. Yeah, Stalin was just as complicit as Hitler for invading Poland.
You say Hitler was evil? Yes, he invaded Poland, and the Soviet Union invaded Poland from the east. This is tantamount to one man robbing a bank though the front door, and then ten minutes later a second man robbed the same bank through the back door; both are equally guilty.
Had it been up to me in that era, I would have not given Russia any support. More people died by Stalin’s regime than even the Hitler regime murdered. Without support from the western allies, it is more than likely the Hitler’s military would have crushed the Soviet Union.
Nguyen, you are just a small-minded, socialist peasant farm boy with no education living at home with his parents, who in turn live at home with your grandparents. At 21-years-old, you are still just a mere kid with no life experience at all compared to me, and you don’t know your backside from a hole in the ground.
And the fact that you eat cats and dogs just illustrates what a savage you really are. If there is one bit of freedom in Vietnam that you have that we do not, it is the ability to eat cats and dogs! Lol. Yeah, we can’t do that in the U.S. due to the fact that this type of activity is illegal (not that we are missing out on anything).
Fortunately, cat and dog consumption in Asia is becoming less common as those governments come to terms with the fact that this action is not what intelligent people do. That sort of barbaric stuff is what people in a famine crisis would resort to in order to sustain themselves. Savages on the other hand? They eat whatever crawls (including each other if the opportunity arises).
Yeah, “we have more freedom in Vietnam than those of you in America” statement by you is just laughable, and pitiful that you are so brain washed by the socialist propaganda.
I always get a kick out of whenever communist countries title themselves, “democratic republic of…” What is so democratic about communism and state owned property? Nothing at all.
Here, view an example of free speech in America:

Chí Thiện Nguyễn Biden is quite a bit different than Trump. For one, he acts like a grown up, and secondly, he is not a prolific liar like Trump. And unlike Trump, Biden will not instigate a riot at the U.S. Capital. Oh yes, you didn't hear about that one, did you? January 6th.
Interesting that Biden/Harris released their 2020 tax returns, but we are still waiting on Trump's 2016 tax returns that he said he would release during his first term in office (he later reneged of course).
You wrote, "did you see his sniffing and touching on young girls? "
^^^ Oh really now? Is that the latest from the Vietnamese communist propaganda funnel? If there was any truth to that child molesting allegation, he would have been criminally charged, and his political career would be over.
Besides, you don't know what your political leaders do behind closed doors. Believe me, they are no saints to be sure. Yes, that is one of the vast differences compared to communist countries; they have no free speech and political leaders can not be criticized by the public. What, you still don't get that? You are worse off than I thought, Nguyen.
You wrote, "With this kind of circus show, why would we want to adopt democracy to our country then?"
Call it what you like, but it would still be better than living under some repressive, backwards country that still feeds on cats and dogs like uneducated savages.

Chí Thiện Nguyễn Well then, you do not know enough about Stalin, whereas I do from the countless research over the years (years that exceed your time on this planet).
How about the Soviet imposed famine of 1932? You didn't bring that up, and that is just another example of how little you actually know about history compared to me. And no, it was not a genuine famine, but rather a more deliberate act on Stalin's part. It would be a safe bet to say that Stalin could have been responsible for 9 million deaths. So, regardless if it was 9 million, 20 million, or 30 million, does that make him any less of a monster?
Your summary of the population of the USSR and what could have taken place during those years is flawed. I got news for you, communist countries do not like to release figures that showcase their criminal acts against their own people (it's not good for their propaganda business). So, you would not have access to that information. The mere fact that anything of substance came out at all on this subject was most likely due to a defector. Recall that Stalin was in power until 1953.
So, as I stated in my previous post to you, not only did your friend Stalin invade Poland just as Hitler did, Stalin was also responsible for killing approximately 22,000 Polish military officers in 1940 at the Katyn massacre. Never heard of that one, eh? But, you communists are good for killing off the opposition after they surrender. Doesn't matter if they are Asian, or European communists, you guys are all cut from the same cloth.
I see you still won't make any derogatory comments about your leaders on here. You would be wise not to do so. You don't have freedom of speech such as that in the U.S. By contrast, I can tell any political leader (past or present) to go to hell if I want. I am free to give them the middle finger as their motorcade passes by on Pennsylvania Avenue if I so desire.
You didn't like my negative comments about your party comrade Stalin? Look, he is just as much a murderer as was Hitler himself. Stalin was responsible for quite of few of his own military deaths. Yes, having penial brigades act as mine clearing crews by having them march through the mine fields to detonate the mines with their feet. After this, then he would send in his guards divisions.
Any famine in the U.S. never resulted in "millions of deaths." Again, your figures are wrong. Under the capitalist approach, the government puts together resources and people get fed. Churches also feed people (you guys hate religion, I know).

Well, the Supreme Soviet didn't do enough then....
Nguyen, your continued attempts to justify communism to me have failed repeatedly.
You are a classic case of someone with a severe case of Stockholm Syndrome. How much more of your time do you wish to waste on here with me? A week, two weeks, several months, five years?? Regardless of how long you want to give it a go, I will NOT be swayed by your arguments that communism is a good thing for people or the world, and I will steadfastly rebuff your attempts to do so. It is a lesson in futility for you.
While I can admit that no government is not without its flaws (including democracy), I do believe that democracy is as good as it can get, at least until someone can come up with something better. Regardless of what that “something better” is as it relates to a more efficient form of government, it is clear that the rights of free speech (good or bad about the country or leaders), the right to assemble in public, the right to exercise freedom of religion, along with protection against cruel and unusual punishment, and the right to due process in a court of law will always be the cornerstone of what a successful government can be. Communism lacks these traits across the board.
You know it as well as I do that you can’t say anything critical about your government, its leaders online or in person. Evidently, you can’t say anything critical about Russia’s past communist leadership too. Stalin was the most murderous of them all, yet you back him up with compliments. Stalin was a psychopath willing to kill anyone. Consider his foolish purge of the military leadership in the 1930’s. This had a devastating effect during the early days of the German invasion in June of 1941. The German Army got to within 10 miles of Moscow in just a few months. If Hitler had been a communist instead of a Nazi, you would not have criticized him either.
Communism is keeping your country behind the times, Nguyen. Let me know when Vietnam gets to go to the moon (a feat we did over 50 years ago during the days of black and white television broadcasts). We’ll be the first to put a man on Mars, yes, even before China does.
In America there are many political factions that are allowed to exist without fear of reprisal by the U.S. government.
During the 1920’s when communism was almost fashionable with any number of countries in the world, the U.S. had communists that were active in trying to get the U.S. to become communist society; luckily they failed.
https://fee.org/articles/why-communism-failed/
As for Vietnam as it exists from the 1970’s until now? No chance that any political party (aside from the communist party) is permitted to exist in Vietnam. It is illegal as you well know.
Russia is better off now than it was before 1991; however, it still has some elements of corruption from officials that were hardline communists (such as Putin). All of the European countries that had communism are better off with the democracy that they now enjoy. Germany is now quite profitable, and it is one of the wealthiest members of the European Union since being reunified with East Germany.
The evidence speaks for itself that communism is a failure. And you know what? If China (a communist country in name only) didn’t adopt elements of democracy and free trade, they would be just as backwards and impoverished as North Korea or Vietnam now.
I noticed that part of the modus operandi whenever a communist party seizes power is they always seek out and kill off the intellectuals and the previous government officials. Apparently, they do not find stupid people like yourself to be a threat to their system governance. After all, it was a movement by the peasant class, those that are uneducated and eager to blindly serve their communist masters.
So, you go on ahead and continue to walk with the blind and enjoy being a yes man to whatever your government demands of you.
Oh, and eat your dog burgers, and gobble down a warm bowl of cat noodle soup if you like. I’ll bet you have something similar to what a Caesar salad is in America, except you have a Dog Meat Caesar Salad with croutons. Perhaps some barbeque Tabby Cat Ribs with Smoky Sauce! (barffff). Fried Poodle legs, anyone? (more barffff , 🤢🤢 wrenching guts out).
Oh yes, remember you were talking all that nonsense about human longevity in Vietnam and the lack of it in America?
Hummm….
Hate to break it to you, but see for yourself….

Even Thailand is ahead of you folks in Vietnam with the longevity curve.

Chí Thiện Nguyễn What is so unique about that story? Do you actually expect me to believe that murder does not happen at all in Vietnam?
People who kill people in America can get the death penalty too (for capital offenses). Nevertheless, there is an appeals process to consider.
Ever hear of the "The Innocence Project"??? Of course you haven't! Nothing like someone being wrongfully convicted and then executed, right? All for a crime they may not have committed. No, in Vietnam they just go ahead and execute everyone convicted, and this is because they "never get it wrong", right? 😂😂😂 The "Great Leader" is all knowing and never makes errors in judgement.
Got news for you, my young, very limited intellectual, socialist "friend', people are fallible, and I don't care what country you want to name. People get facts wrong and innocent people get punished for it.
https://innocenceproject.org/

You know nothing about law, whereas I do. As one who worked in as a police official for over 11 years (full time), I can tell you first had that the courts often rely upon this thing called "eye witness testimony" when determining a person's guilt. And we know from phycology studies, that people due to time and space and get it wrong when identifying someone as the criminal.
You need to get an education, Nguyen.
And one more thing; you still haven't named any rights and privileges that exist in Vietnam (or any communist country for that matter) that we do not have in the U.S.
Can you speak out about the government? Yes/No???
Can you burn your nation's flag as a means of protest out in full view of the public? Yes/No
Can you start (or join) a political party that is NOT communist in your country? Yes/No
I can do all the above and more! 😁

Chí Thiện Nguyễn You say, "on the government." How about YOUR government. Calm, polite? lol, yeah, I don't have to be polite or calm about my government. I can even call them liars if I like.
"Too much freedom..." No such thing. You are either free or you are not. You have no freedom to do what can be accomplished in a democracy.
I can vote Democratic or Republican, or even Green party if I like. I am not bound to any party.
You said earlier that I am a racist? That reference to BLM is as about racist as it gets. It sure doesn't stand for "Burn, Loot, Kill", more like Black Lives Matter.
You talk about looting and setting things on fire in protests, well, how about the property that was destroyed by YOUR communist buddies and the people that they kill when they take power in a country??? Your take over of Hue city was quite destructive.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Massacre_at_Hu%E1%BA%BF
And yes, they have a right to protest.
600,000 Americas died? From what? Covid 19 is reported to have killed approximately 500,000 out of a population of 370 million. Largely because that imbecile Trump wanted to politicize it and claimed it was a hoax (just like you did). Trump later shifted course on this. People didn't riot about masks, they were protesting George Floyd and Brionna Taylor (and several others) being killed by police. Floyd's murder, former officer Derek Chuvin was convicted on murder in the Floyd case, and is now awaiting sentencing. Police in Vietnam can kill citizens and get away with it. No protests, no accountability, nothing. And this is because officials in Vietnam make no mistakes, right? 😂 Everybody is always of the highest moral character, right?
Don't kid yourself on not having corrupts officials. They exist in Vietnam and in other communist countries too. In America, they get called out on it. And if they are convicted of corruption, then they go to jail. If they are not convicted, well, maybe they weren't guilty in the first place. Remember, just because someone accuses you of something doesn't mean that person is guilty.
Communist countries have their (albeit rare) protests .But when they do they put down violently. Recall 1989 Tiananmen Square massacre in China, Did you not hear of that one? Or how about Hungarian Revolution of 1956? There are others to name too.
