Another anti-free market, interventionist approach from a person that is as ignorant in macro-economics/socioeconomics as were Mussolini and Lenin (with his NEP). He advocates for what is essentially fascism! The problem was not the plutocratic establishment. It was their introvert-based economy that focused on domestic activities. The producer of this moronic clip has no way of knowing the alternative outcomes so as to juxtapose them to observed outcomes, yet he postulates his conclusions as if they were written in stone. That's a sign of low intelligence! He will never know what unintended consequences these interventions brought about and how much growth they hindered. The method to run parallel Universe experiments has not yet been invented so I call BS on his assessments.

And you and this person judge from the only outcome known to you. Guess what? They could have been myriads of different outcomes (some a lot more beneficial) if the interventions hadn't taken place!

@PredatoryQQmber Do you believe that YOU don’t operate under the state of “greed”? What is exactly “greed”? How much wealth is too much wealth? How many yachts one should have? What happens to the yachts when the greedy man dies? Oh, wait! They hit the used market and someone much poorer, than the first guy, can now afford a great yacht, a car, a watch, a house! It seems that most people (especially on the left) can’t look beyond their nose. Moreover, how many new jobs “greed” create? Juxtapose that to how many jobs government welfare destroys!

The maker of this clip is proposing a shortsighted idea, The idea of government interventionism. That has enormously more detrimental consequences as governments can even kill you without repercussions!! Monopolies can't! Most monopolies disappear with time by the free market. The maker of this video only knows ONE outcome from Japan's government interventions. He can't know any other outcomes, of the myriads possible, hadn't Japan's government intervened so drastically against the sovereignty of its wealthy individuals, we can never know what would have happened. The US is a far better example of less interventions and better outcomes. Not that both haven't turned fascistic/socialist! They have! But one less than the other.
