  1. Propaganda was systematized by the Left in the 20th century. A contemporary Hayek has documented and reported it with details in his books. National Socialists and Fascists just copied the systematized propaganda of the Left. They, essentially, didn't invent any part of propaganda practices that the Bolsheviks hadn't implemented before (including youth indoctrination).
