  10. @ The one thing that's certain about Sanders' supporters is that they're misinformed about how anything works around them. Rationality helps if you put it to the test opposite facts. If you don't go after facts yourself and do your own research, "rationality" could be proven more of a hindrance than an aid. Bear in mind that to use rationality to its fullest you need to start from a place of humility and ignorance and only very smart people - a rarity in itself) have that privilege.

  13. To all those ignorant kids, some cultures are absolutely BETTER than other cultures, better in technology, better in ethics, better in wealth making, better at liberating the individual. You guys are backpedaling the great culture that you live in. The indigenous people were massacring and enslaving each other in barbarous ways. The Africans were doing the exact same thing and that’s why they never did anything more than developing a tribe-level culture. It all comes down to the development of ethics and philosophy. Non-ethical cultures stayed primitive and barbarous. More ethical cultures, with their proclivity for philosophy, like the ancient Greeks and the Romans, created a better civilization upon which everything that is good today is based. So, be thankful that Europeans with their more advanced and BETTER civilization prevailed in the States. You must preserve that!

Australia banned certain arms (I think that only 12 gauge guns and less are allowed, no ribbon-barrel guns) with a sweep and gun violence deteriorated as much as in neighboring New Zealand that hadn’t implemented such a ban. It was based on a mass shooting that took place in Australian legislated Tasmania and the perpetrator was a literally retarded nutcase that didn’t even had the right to drive. For example when that idiot said he wants one round to be legal does he think that the attacking party, the criminal, will abide by the law and have one round too?
