  3. I see your point and a similar thought came into my mind, although I watched The Garage way before I did 12 Angry Men. Both movies deal with justice, empathy and interactions between people of different background and social standing. There is however, IMHO, a big difference, The Garage is first and foremost a satire on soviet society and mores of the time. The setting - garage lots assignment meeting and inevitable squabbles - was just a situation an average soviet citizen could easily relate to, "been there, done that" sort of thing. I find 12 Angry Men more of an introspective movie, each man facing and overcoming his own demons.
