I think the worst part about my Psycosis in 2020 apart from how much it affected my family is the fact that I remember nearly everything I did or said.... i have been told many times its quite unusual to not black out. The memories of what I did stay with me but I don't hold it against myself... in fact I just laugh because a lot of it was quite funny!
