  1. I quit smoking like 7 months ago and my god I can feel the difference already. I have technically had tobacco since then but I am not regularly smoking it.. smoked for 10 years though so my lungs must be HORRIBLE still.

  3.  @YourBestPapa  To be honest the pictures and stuff did bother me a little bit but it wasn't enough to scare me into quitting... it was paying £17 for a 30g pouch of rolling tobacco that made me quit haha
