  2. I have been like this man and I have recently found that just wording things as "I want to" instead of "I need to" takes so much pressure of my shoulders... because its a choice then.

  5. I said the exact same thing and then he said it in the video... like I kept getting told I didn't "Try" hard enough. Ouch. I haven't actually officially been diagnosed with ADHD but now I am 30 and I just see how it would explain most of my struggles... throw in some autism and anxiety/depression. Its been hard but I am still here!

  6. This is how I feel at my job, I work alone most of the day at a care home with carers who do 12 hr shifts like 5 in a row. I do 8 hrs 3 days a week gardening and I am absolutely dead. I struggle to keep working once i hit my "wall" but because the other people i work with do so much I keep trying which just makes me more frustrated and angry to the point now where I just go and ask my boss if I can go home otherwise I have a mini breakdown sometimes even cry. Its hard.... Im lucky that they let me and they understand even without an official diagnosis  @webbedshadow2601
