  1. I loooove salmon, I have been numerous times to the Quebecer "cabanne au sucre" that has tons of maple syrup but I have never had salmon and maple syrup combined. The next time I go to Vancouver I will try that. My undergraduate was in Montreal (McGill) and I never knew that wild rice was native in Canada. We hardly ever had wild rice while I was there. I guess I missed a chunk of the Canadian experience while living in Canada. The perfect video for the Pesach/Easter weekend. BTW not only my entire extended family watch your videos but all of us have subscribed.
