WOW I really liked this video. Most of your videos are really good but this one actually made me curious about Northern China.

This one was extra cool. Zamboni has always been on mu bucket list. Even my own father was jealous of you on the machine!!! Cool video.

Hey Mike, do you have insurance for your drone? Your are really lucky to get your drone back. I have one that I believe is stuck somewhere on top of Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro. For sure I will never get that one back. Also the waters on that river were so clear that you could see the bottom. The closer you get to the Equator the muddier the rivers are. I live in Chicago and here no one can see the river bed of any of our rivers.

I find this subject very interesting. Do you have a comparison between BMW, Mercedes and Lincoln and Caddies?

Another amazing video. Having your mom in it was a major addition. Thanks for sharing these adventures with us.

I'm 6'4 and wear size 13.5 shoes. Once flying into Hong Kong (2014) Eva Air lost both my luggage. Finding pants 32 waist with 36 legs is impossible. Shoes my size is unheard of. I can fully understand what you are saying about China.

LOL dude you crack me up. You ordered a brownie since they didn't have a BLT would work just as much. Hahaha. I went to buy shoes since they didn't have my size I decided to go swimming. LOL

If you were to drive in Russia having a car lose a tire is a common occurrence. Normally they crash after that. As to the lakes in Canada dude they are unbelievably cold. I was amazed that your parents went in the water too. I guess being athletic runs in the family. There is no way in hell my mom would go in the water in Canada. BTW wet hair agrees with you in a big way. You know I have an issue with your hair but not on this video. I will be going to Lake Superior in a few minutes but I won't jump in the water. Hey, another enthusiastic and great video of yours. Keep them coming. Jess is a major plus to your videos.

Mike I have skied since I was 3 years old and I'd love to see you on the slopes. As to suggestions on trip with your folks try the Grand Canyon.
2
Mike you need to check the other pools like that across the globe. I never knew you had stuff like that in Vancouver. I'm sure you'll enjoy the one in Singapore and the one in Munich. Great video!!

Another great video!!

WOW your videos keep improving well past my horizons. The quality of this one is TV Production level. I have shown this one to a few of my close friends and we are all amazed by the quality behind the screens. BTW to most of the American friends here, Canada was in the Artic Circle already. So, your video taught quite a few of us about Artic Circle, hahaha.
2
Dude the quality of your videos have improved a quantum leap there. You are reaching for professional level ie movie level. This video I could broadcast without much change. Great job!!
2
Cool video!!

First of all, Donnie the hair has improved a million per cent. You actually look good there, hahaha. I was surprised that in the Navy one could go unshaved. That was definitely something new to me. While in the engineering dept you had a Scottish guy there. I was expecting everyone to be Canadian there. I learned a great deal here. Another amazing video. Thanks for making them.

Another really cool video!!! You are right I have never stopped between Vancouver and Whistler. The very next time be sure I will check these hidden places

Cool video

I loooove salmon, I have been numerous times to the Quebecer "cabanne au sucre" that has tons of maple syrup but I have never had salmon and maple syrup combined. The next time I go to Vancouver I will try that. My undergraduate was in Montreal (McGill) and I never knew that wild rice was native in Canada. We hardly ever had wild rice while I was there. I guess I missed a chunk of the Canadian experience while living in Canada. The perfect video for the Pesach/Easter weekend. BTW not only my entire extended family watch your videos but all of us have subscribed.

WOW so the hair thing is on purpose????? in that case why not add on some tattoos? I am sure you will regret those for the rest of your life. I have a friend that his parents allowed him to tat "I love mom" when he was 10 years old (yes, 10 years old). Today he is 29 and if you could hear his locker room stories you would understand where I come from with these comments. As to trips around. I would love to see how is to travel in South America by train. I have tried before and never found it to be available. Easter Island is a destination for me at some point.
1
BTW travelling around Canada is agreeing with your hair. It has improved a great deal. LOL. As to the trip across Canada by train I'm enjoying every single chapter and step. Great job there. I wish I were there doing it too. I never knew about Business class in trains. They normally have first and second classes. I always book on the cheapest possible fare and regret it profusely after I get onboard.

I'm so f.. jealous. I have been looking for an electric snowmobile for ages. That is soooo cool. Mike you get the best breaks out there. I am changing my car for an electric this coming month. I had to wait a long time for the manufacturer to build mine. The idea of having an electric snowmobile is a major turn on. Mike talk to them and see if you could test it again and this time show us how to charge them. Awesome content !!!

In elementary school in Paris going to the SCHOOL bathroom was a nightmare. It stunk, it was beyond gross, and all the kids would make it even worse by just peeing at any direction. At times on each other. I would gladly pay 4 euros for a clean bathroom while in Europe.
1
I doubt very much that Ryley will ever again hop on a train to travel. At least not in Canada or VIA Rail. LOL. Much like yourself I like trains and I don't mind these troubles, one could say that I even welcome them. You and I need to learn that train travel is NOT for just anyone. I took a train trip from Montreal to Halifax and a similar event happened. Somewhere in NB our train broke down and we had to finish the trip by bus. It was not at all fun. The other two guys travelling with me never went anywhere else with me, LOL.
1
Another cool video. The hair is way better too. Not perfect but way better. LOL.
1
WOW this was just awesome!!! I always wanted to visit Churchill but the opportunity never arose. I would take the same route as you have. A few questions here. I noticed that you had coffee on board. Did you guys buy them from the train lounge or you brought a carafe with you? If it was your own coffee what kind of carafe you have that can keep the coffee warm for so long? haha. Haha really liked your travelling shoes. Your dad is a trouper. Mine would never go on the train for that long with me. He would have insisted on flying. DownieLive is becoming a thing alright. Great video if not your best video thus far.
1
that was epic. I can't wait for my turn to go check it out. I want to do that before my twenty fifth birthday.
1
Awesome video!!! Mike, you said "guys that pee standing and anyone else that does that too", LOL what else other than guys pee standing on a toilet? LOL. BTW the hair is still fighting you. I am glad you chose against the mullet.
1
I much rather nature over cities. I live in Chicago and was born and raised in New York. Yeah I am ready for some country views.
1
The only mistake that you have done is the hair the rest is just power to the course. One more or one less board walk it would not impact negatively your video or the trust that most of us bestow on you. The corrections were cool but not necessary. Except the hair thing, that is still too wild to be understood. Still looking forward your Quebec trip or trips.
1
Great video!!!

In Austin you had Bee Caves and the Arboretum to cover as well but that is OK. I like Austin as well. Not big with Country music but Austin is cool as far as I am concerned. With the virus going around I doubt you will have too many trips in the near future.
1
I like Vancouver as well but the rain bogs me.
1
What an epic video. All your videos are exciting, but this one took the cake. You did it again. Mike you rock!!
1
Mike this video had an excellent quality of content. The preparation for these videos has to take some time for sure. Spite of the hair do, lol, this is another prize video in your collection. Really looking forward to your Quebec series!!! BTW if you were to pass by Chicago I will convince you to have a real hair cut.
1
Oh dude you can say that again. I went on a train trip between Lisbon and Paris and I had a cabin that I had the lower bunk and a total stranger got the top bunk. Man, that dude took a massive dump in the morning. Fuck, waking up with the smell of shit is downright nasty. I was planning to take a shower before I hit the train station in Paris but I chose to flee my cabin instead. That is the nastiest thing that anyone can do to a total stranger: Forcing someone to smell your shit early in the morning.
1
I hate to say this but one of the best parts of your videos are your hairdos. Today is no longer Bethoveny but more like a crazy witch after a high speed broom ride. The room at the alpaca farm was a major upgrade for your trip. The next stay seems to be interesting too. That dude made some chicken for dinner last night but you never showed it in this video. I'm going to suggest it was not the best dinner ever. Well tomorrow we will see what kind of hairdo you will expose.
1
WOW great message!! Count me in. I will make a donation in the next few minutes. That is a cause that I hold close to me.
1
WOW that was ever cool. Mike you forgot to say how much?. Presently I drive a Tesla and it takes for ever to charge up. Especially when you are in a hurry. I guess I will eventually plan properly to deal with that. I was used to a regular car that you just gas it up and roll and that is no longer the case. It seems that the H cars solve that issue. Range is not an issue for me as I drive mostly to work so no issues there. Really cool video and very today subject matter.
1
Pretty interesting!! Another cool video.
1
I love the "I feel a little sick right now", hahaha. I can't make fun of your sister because I would not have the balls to do what she did. Major fear of heights here. Another awesome video. I have little enjoyed immensely all your videos but this one really messed with my fear of heights, hahaha.
1
How did you get a right hand car in Vancouver????? BTW the hair is unruly again. It looks like you got a mullet going there. Next stop is getting a southern drawl. haha. I just learned something new in Vancouver. I have never been to that park-island. Another cool video
1
The hair is fighting you and it is winning. A long time ago I had a girl friend that was known by the name windy. No explanation needed. No even Medusa had hairs like you. If Nero were alive today he would want a head of hairs like yours. Hahaha.
1
Birch syrup???? I never heard of that before. We have several birch trees on my parent's house in Chicago. I guess I will try that. If I don't die I will let you know how it tasted.
1
BTW your accent in both French and Italian were excellent for even Canadians. Can you speak French? As a Canadian you should, even though most probably you will say no to my question. Dude have you thought about going to Whistler and actually ski for a day? It would be a great theme for your videos and I loooove skiing. I have been to Whistler a couple of times and really enjoyed it. I normally Ski in Utah. Another great video!! BTW either the hair is getting better or I'm getting used to it. LOL
