London has become a dumping ground for all the world's trash. The few Brits that still there are sectioned off in expensive areas, untouched by the human squalor. If they started moving 3rd world immigrants into leafy Hampstead or Islington it would be like administering a suppository, things would start moving quickly through the body politic.
