  1. Full respect for Mr Thorpe's effort. But Britain isn't like a football club that can be supported by all races and religions. The things that made this country great is the outcome of the personality and attitude of ethno Brits. When you start integrating middle Eastern ethnicities and cultural attitudes you start to sabotage the thing you are trying to protect. This means society has to have a dominant ethnicity and culture that immigrants, limited in number, can and will have to buy into. Which is exactly the opposite of the kind of divided society Socialists pursue. A country, any country, cannot be all things to all men. That's why visiting France or Japan should be a different cultural experience. If all countries are just a mish mash of different communities, something very precious is gone. And it's funny how many advocates of ethnic soup have cottages in rural Tuscany or France, the exact places that have a specific beauty and cultural identity of their own.
